It's fucking crazy that an investigation exposing how Jared Kushner laundered billions if dollars through Azerbaijan, including payments to a warlord, a mercenary, and a hitman, isn't getting more attention.

In 2017, Jared Kushner showed Saudi Prince MBS classified information that included who the dissenters were
He used this information to kill Khashoggi in Turkey and others at home
Jared was paid $2 billion, and he allegedly hired a hitman with some of that money
Wild times

As someone works in human rights, I’ve never seen anything like the Epstein files in my 15-year career
Raped
Cannibalized
Trafficked
Filmed
Terrorized
Tortured
Murdered
13, 14, 15 year children
ZERO arrests. Not a single girl got justice.
THOUSANDS have been arrested for criticising Israel.
ZERO have been arrested for raping children.
I don't understand how we're not having a global revolution right now.

Your friendly reminder that 100% of Israeli soldiers stationed in the illegally & belligerently occupied West Bank are legitimate military targets.

In May 1935 Einstein, Podolsky and Rosen published their paper arguing that quantum mechanics was incomplete. Over the following months Einstein and Schrödinger exchanged letters about it. Einstein first proposed a ball in one of two closed boxes, then in early August suggested an unstable charge of gunpowder that was as likely as not to explode within a year, which quantum mechanics would describe as both exploded and unexploded at once.
The historian David Kaiser has argued the image reflected the rearmament of Europe that year. About a week and a half after receiving that letter, Schrödinger replied with his own version, swapping the gunpowder for a cat. It appeared later that year in his three-part essay “The Present Situation in Quantum Mechanics” in Die Naturwissenschaften, as a critique of the Copenhagen interpretation, not as an endorsement of a half-dead cat.

In ‘STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE’ (1977), Luke Skywalker’s landspeeder was made to appear as if it were floating using angled mirrors mounted along its sides.
The mirrors reflected the desert ground, hiding the wheels and creating the illusion without CGI.

This is Chris Manson, an ordinary American who has done something extraordinary for Ukraine.
Chris is not a billionaire. He is not a politician. He is not a celebrity. He is a former firefighter who works in healthcare.
In 2022, his 7-year-old daughter Lily asked him a simple question: “Daddy, can we do something to help Ukraine?”
He could have told her that Ukraine was thousands of miles away. That there was little they could do. That it was someone else’s problem.
Instead, he decided to act.
In March 2022, Chris founded US Ambulances for Ukraine. On March 29, the first ambulance was on its way to Ukraine.
What started with one ambulance became something extraordinary.
125 ambulances, fire trucks, and rescue vehicles have now been sent to Ukraine.
These vehicles are saving lives. They are helping Ukrainian soldiers, doctors, firefighters, and rescue workers. They are evacuating the wounded and bringing help to people whose lives have been shattered by russia’s war.
One little girl asked her father a question. And because he decided to act, countless Ukrainians have received help when they needed it most.
Chris has no intention of stopping. He plans to continue helping Ukraine for as long as necessary.
There are people who have billions of dollars, enormous political power, and millions of followers. And then there are people like Chris Manson, who simply see suffering and decide to do something about it.
You don’t need to be rich or powerful to make a difference. You just need to care enough to act.
Thank you, Chris Manson.
Thank you for showing what true American generosity looks like.
Ukraine will never forget your kindness.

British officers recorded swordfights with samurai in the 1860s. There is a trend among modern anti-weeaboos to claim that British sword technique was better than Japanese.
The problem is that only British who LIVED could tell their tale. It's survivorship bias.
What is also true is that British described the Samurai fighting style as terrible long sweeping swings, fast and deadly. They were impressed and did not take the samurai lightly.
The bottom line for me is that probably it was the man, not the weapon, that determined who won those fights.
