This Week's episode is a BANGER.
Sean Lee, Zack Martin, and Judah Fortgang break down how Carolina’s RPO game, personnel, run-pass marriage, and downfield designs are helping Bryce thrive.
Then, Sean shows how Joey Porter Jr. can unlock the Cowboys’ defense, Zack explains what Kenneth Walker has added to Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, and the crew makes its Week 7 picks for Patriots–Bears and Colts–Vikings.

this misunderstanding is not the public's fault, and the regulatory situation is murky, gross, and in flux...
but prediction markets and gambling apps are not the same. if you're making a moral judgment, go for it, but they are different. Polymarket and Kalshi aren't having Bryce Harper call you to offer you courtside NBA seats and a blowjob when you're 100k in the hole
this is like doing an ad for the S&P 500

For as popular as football is in this country it’s absolutely wild how many people have no idea what they are looking at.
I’m no genius, but I’m far from fucking stupid…

I've been highlighting NFL defenses using what I call "4 Weak Pressures" against offenses on 3rd down.
There's been an uptick this season because defenses keep winning with these looks. I breakdown why exactly these looks are working, and what offenses can do to counter them.
Last night I sent this letter to Attorney General Paxton, supplementing my original request for an investigation that I sent last week. The OAG should investigate the individuals and entities behind the text messages and direct mail received by thousands (if not millions) of Texans, determine how Texans' personal information was obtained and used, and ascertain whether any applicable laws have been violated. The investigation must follow the facts wherever they lead, without fear or favor. #txlege
he/they can say it is all game script, chasing the score, but it isn't. here are the numbers if you control for those things (which, granted, we don't have a huge sample for, because they've been down a lot)
Asked Brian Schottenheimer about the lack of motion. He pointed to the fact they trail often. But why does that matter?
"You're trying to go fast. You're trying to keep the defense on their heels. You're trying to extend the game for as long as you can and get as many ops as possible, because you don't know what's going to happen. So that's the No. 1 thing. And when you shift in motion, obviously the play clock and the game clock go down and so that limits your ops. And that's a big reason why when you see teams go no huddle, usually receivers don't change sides. Usually you're moving one guy, maybe the back and one guy and you're trying to do that to stay ahead of the clock."

Ex-#Titans DT Jordan Elliott went to his car to retrieve his gun after a practice altercation with OT JC Latham last Thursday (Oct. 15).
After being told to leave the field, Elliott took off his pads and stormed out of the facility, then went to the players' lot. Security cameras captured the sequence. Veteran DL John Franklin-Myers talked him down, and no one was hurt.
The Titans released Elliott on Tuesday after reviewing the incident. He signed a 2-year, $8M deal this offseason.
News of the incident was first reported by @eastonfreeze and additional details provided by @AaronWilson_NFL.

Here is how quickly linebackers start to move downhill on run plays and how much vertical ground they cover in the first 1.0 seconds.

Dwight Powell, a consummate pro and non-ironically a franchise legend in his own way.
A leader and a man everyone respected.
He was also a pretty good player in his peak years.
Salute.
