After responding to the initial email with a more thorough explanation of why the game was infringing on my copyright they removed it (Which shouldn't have been necessary but okay). Maybe an actual human looked into it this time. All's well that ends well I suppose.

I reported literal piracy of BB+ on Roblox. Can we collectively, as a society, sue Roblox into oblivion? And then, once they haven't a dime left and the service shuts down, can we split the IP rights across dozens of different entities so that it can never be brought back?
