Another day, another FBI entrapment op exposed
🚨NEW: In a motion filed Friday, defense lawyers have accused a criminal FBI informant of grooming their client in a plot to attack the Consulate General of Israel in New York City.
According to the defense, the FBI informant is an illegal immigrant and a convicted heroin dealer who's been paid over $300,000 by the bureau. The FBI has also worked the immigration system to make this informant a lawful permanent resident.

This is my family. I refused warrantless entry because the Fourth Amendment still applies when CPS shows up with armed deputies. I offered a welfare check without police; they refused.
The next day they returned with emergency removal orders and took both of our daughters, including our one-month-old breastfeeding infant, and placed them in a foster home with a single father of 3 boys 😠. There was no criminal charge against us and no emergency. After an emergency hearing the court dismissed the removal order. Every major finding was later reversed as unfounded, and DFS abandoned its appeal. The damage—especially to a nursing mother and newborn—was already done.
I have since filed a federal civil-rights lawsuit (Yazdani v. Mieszala et al., EDVA 1:26-cv-03365) over separate LCSO misconduct. Accountability for the CPS side is next.
We are not the only Loudoun family to raise these issues. Sarah Legg (@sarahgracelegg) posted a detailed personal statement describing her own experience with the same worker: she alleges Kelli Hedrick abused her position, coordinated with law enforcement to have her arraigned while eight months pregnant (threatening jail, a fine, and re-education), and showed a pattern of manipulative conduct and poor judgment toward families. She specifically called out “deep concerns about Kelli Hedrick’s judgment, conduct, and influence on families and the local agencies of Loudoun County.”

⚡️ Mayor Zohran Mamdani's NYPD is poised to sign a three-year, $750,500 no-bid contract with Israeli surveillance firm Cognyte for FalcoNet, an AI-driven device that mimics a cell tower to track phones and can be mounted on police cars and drones or hidden in a backpack, the New York Daily News reported.
Cognyte won a tender to sell intercept spyware to Myanmar's state telecom weeks before the 2021 military coup, Reuters previously reported. Meta banned the firm the same year, saying its customers used fake accounts to target journalists and politicians in Kenya, Mexico and Indonesia.
The firm is part of an Israeli surveillance industry that grew big as a result of the military's monitoring of Palestinians, whose phone calls Israel's Unit 8200 has intercepted and stored by the millions, including to carry out genocide in Gaza and enforce a brutal illegal occupation in Jerusalem and the West Bank.

One thing I have noticed as an internet observer is the difference between the dissident left and right in how they view themselves. Even when the left is losing, they don't call themselves losers and mope around saying "this is why we lose" to other leftists. The right, even when they are winning or achieving small victories are so demoralized they call themselves losers. They say to other people on their side "you're the reason we are losing," and then mope about feeling sorry for themselves. They lack vitality and an abundance mindset. I do not consider myself to be a loser nor do I view my particularly schizo politics and beliefs as "doomed." I am generally an optimistic and hopeful person and I see opportunities everywhere. It speaks a lot to learned helplessness and whatnot.
I don't seek out the profiles of pagans so I can jump into their comments to sperg and call them Odincucks, so why do they feel entitled to behave this way? I think we know why and then they will play victim if, God forbid, you have boundaries and block them.

Federal Judge Roy Altman says he's taken "ten percent of all the active federal judges in America" on trips to Israel "just in the last three years."
Now, he's apparently making state supreme court justices humiliate themselves by competing with one another to go on said trips.
"Whoever's going to go is going to have to play Rock, Paper, Scissors to see who wins," he says he told the justices. "I looked down two minutes later, and these supreme court justices were going like this [and playing Rock, Paper, Scissors]."
Absolutely insane this is being tolerated.

This case ended up collapsing after the FBI refused to produce the online chats between the teenager and the undercover FBI agent--chats that included "exculpatory information."
The judge struck the chats from the record after the FBI refused to produce the entire log. The judge also found that the teenager never took any “substantial step” toward carrying out the plan.
After initially being charged with attempted murder, the teenager pled down to disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a firearm. He received probation in April.

Prosecutors have offered a plea deal to the Damien Blade Allen, who entered a "conspiracy" to commit mass shootings with another 764-linked school shooter, Natalie Rupnow.
The parties are meeting next week to discuss the deal.
