Personal Health Update After 21+ years living with ulcerative colitis, I had a tough flare-up recently that landed me in the hospital. A simple food trigger turned into severe abdominal pain and more. Extensive tests were done. Cancer checks are part of the routine with this condition something I’ve dealt with every couple of years. Taking my health dead seriously. Quit smoking 8 years ago, dropped alcohol 3 years, and I’m making real food and lifestyle changes to get ahead of it. New meds and a full workup mean starting fresh at square one, but that’s what it takes after dealing with this for so long. Web3LiveNews will be back stronger when I’m locked in. Online is a hobby, but health has to come first. Appreciate those who genuinely care. Back soon. Health first.
