This week is already kicking my ass. Last night was my trunk or treat for the community and our residents, today I have a band coming in to do Halloween songs for my residents along with our annual pumpkin contest, tomorrow I will be having the residents trick or treat around the facility, Thursday I have a memorial service to take care of, Friday is our Halloween party and costume contest on top of doing my own directorial duties and running our facilities store because the gal who usually runs it is out for the next 3 days. WHEW.

My very first trunk or treat event for the community at my facility actually went really well! I’m always so hard in myself so I do think it could’ve been better but the staff, residents and kids enjoyed themselves so I’ll take it!
