CALL-UP NUMBER MISCONCEPTIONS The delay in receiving your NYSC call-up number is not necessarily due to any of the following reasons: 1. “I registered late.” Registering late during the registration period does not mean you will not receive a call-up number. In some cases, those who registered later may receive theirs before those who registered earlier. 2. “My NERD status is showing Failed/Error.” This does not automatically mean you will not receive a call-up number. You may still be issued one. 3. “I applied for a correction.” If you applied for a correction and your application is still under review, you may still receive your call-up number. Based on the above, call-up numbers are distributed by NYSC to successfully registered PCMs, and no individual can influence the process or speed it up through payment.
