i know it's frustrating to see how lando's title defence has unfolded, and it's hard to even call this a proper title defence when the car and the circumstances haven't given him the chance to consistently fight at the front. but i hope we don't let this season overshadow what he's achieved. he's a world champion, and he'll always be one. kimi will eventually take over as reigning champion, but LN1 is still with us until december and the 35th world champion in f1 history forever. i have faith that mclaren won't be in this position forever and that lando will have more opportunities to fight for another title. i truly believe we'll see him up there again 🤍

sometimes I really question what you people on here think lando’s mentality is? he will never settle for p7 ahead of his teammate with a safe lap when the worst is p8 but the best could be p4? he’s extremely competitive and his standard is not oscar piastri but the person on pole
