I think most people I look up to on here follow a simple principle: Complexity must justify itself. If it doesn’t meaningfully improve utility, it gets axed. They embrace the grind of oversimplify → fail → overcomplicate → refine → equilibrium. • A system must be as simple as possible to use, but as complex as necessary to hold value. Simplicity is the product of deliberate refinement, not the avoidance of complexity. • The idea is to ensure that every piece of information or complexity added to the system contributes a significant amount of value—essentially, optimizing for marginal utility. Each additional unit of complexity (or information) should be justified by a proportional increase in utility.

🧵 $viral vs $Tank: Finally a real competitor? 🧵 1/ Let's deep dive into the tech of $viral & $tank: $viral harnesses Large Action Models (LAMs) to interact directly with digital interfaces, essentially teaching AI to navigate and manipulate software like a human would. It's about action over conversation. $tank dives into creating AI personalities, leveraging Python for customization, focusing on the avatar system where AI not only acts but also engages in human-like interactions. In other words, $viral for doing, $tank for being.

🔵 Current price action and basic specs Before diving into the project, let's examine some basic specs and current price action of their $HAT token: • MC/FDV: $19.9 million • Deflationary tokenomics • No vesting / locking • Fair launch: No VC's / presale • Holders: 16,046 • Vol: $43.4 million • Chain: Solana • CEX/DEX: Multiple • Chart analysis: I believe we've found the bottom after a 460% surge in one month, followed by a pullback due to a general market decline. There's a very favorable risk-to-reward ratio at the moment. Also be sure to check out my revenue and buyback calculation later in this thread, to get some growth perspective. I'm seeing so many terrible takes regarding DeepSeek's R1 model on the TL. So we're clear, the variant of R1 that competes with and/or outclasses OpenAI is their big boy 685b model. That will not run on your Macbook, and you most certainly will not be running that locally unless you have an @nvidia H200 ($$$) or better. The stories making there rounds on X re: R1 running on a RPi are being misunderstood. In that instance, it's a severely deprecated distilled R1 model that's only 8b. Some have begun running 32b and 70b models on their M3/M4 Macs, which are great for what they are, but those are not the variants that are competing with OpenAI. FWIW. We were the first Web3 project to launch an agent that utilized the big boy 685b R1 model. We did so yesterday, stealthy. We only ran it for a bit because it's expensive (as noted above). I don't think very many degens in this space understand the level the $GNON team is on, and what our platform is/does. Hopefully that changes soon. Have questions? Just ask!
