🚨 RAF BARNHAM – WHAT THE FOI DOCUMENTS REVEAL First of all, apologies for the lateness in getting this information out. I've finally managed to go through the paperwork concerning the proposed RAF Barnham asylum accommodation site. This information comes from a Freedom of Information response by NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board, alongside the disclosed Home Office, NHS and local council correspondence. And there's quite a bit to unpack. 📂 1. THE PROPOSED SITE Government documents from June 2026 identified three proposed former military accommodation sites: • MOD Barnham, Suffolk • MOD Bicester, Oxfordshire • MOD Linton-on-Ouse, North Yorkshire Together, the three sites were proposed to accommodate approximately 3,750 asylum seekers. RAF Barnham was discussed as potentially accommodating up to 1,200 single people. The government also announced plans to extend the use of Crowborough and Wethersfield. These were proposals subject to planning and other approvals. 🏥 2. THE NHS AND LOCAL HEALTHCARE Correspondence dated 1 July 2026 shows that local NHS officials were still seeking clarification about the plans. One NHS response explained that they had received very little information beyond what had appeared in the press. A small mobilisation team had been established, but officials needed further details before meaningful planning could take place. School Lane Surgery in Thetford contacted NHS colleagues asking how healthcare would be provided and offered to help develop possible arrangements. By September, the ICB confirmed in its FOI response: • An initial high-level healthcare impact assessment had been completed. • No specific NHS emergency preparedness or resilience planning documents had been produced for Barnham. • Additional staffing, funding or healthcare resource requirements had not yet been identified. This doesn't establish that healthcare would be unavailable. It shows how early the planning process was. 💷 3. WHO WOULD PAY FOR HEALTHCARE? NHS England correspondence from July discussed whether additional funding would be provided. One communication warned that additional funding had not been confirmed and should not be assumed. Another suggested central funding would follow if planning permission were granted. The corrected minutes of the 10 July health stakeholder discussion also identified the need for greater clarity about funding and national support. The questions are straightforward: Who would fund the additional healthcare provision? How would existing services be protected from extra demand? And when would the public be given a fully costed plan? 📊 4. THE LOCAL HEALTHCARE EVIDENCE A council evidence document dated 13 July cited GP appointment figures: • Thetford: 558.5 appointments per 1,000 patients • Breckland: 552.9 • England: 472.4 It also referenced hospital demand and the need to consider existing service pressures. These figures are not, by themselves, proof of insufficient capacity, but they formed part of the local evidence being gathered. 🌳 5. WEST SUFFOLK COUNCIL'S ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS On 28 July, West Suffolk Council wrote to the Home Office about its proposed Urgent Crown Development application. The Council said it was surprised and disappointed by the decision to progress the application before receiving a substantive response to its earlier concerns. Its letter raised questions about: • The Breckland Special Protection Area and Special Area of Conservation. • Protected habitats and Stone Curlew nesting areas. • Whether appropriate Habitats Regulations assessments had been undertaken. • Whether Natural England had been consulted. • Whether the exceptional Urgent Crown Development route was justified. The Council also referred to ongoing High Court litigation concerning proposals elsewhere. These were serious questions raised by the Council, not established findings of environmental or planning law breaches. 📩 6. THE HOME OFFICE'S RESPONSE ON PLANNING A Home Office email dated 23 July confirmed that an Urgent Crown Development application had been submitted. The Home Office described the proposal as urgent and of national importance, citing pressure on asylum accommodation and its intention to reduce hotel use. Importantly, it also stated that no final decision had been taken regarding Barnham's future use at that time. 👮 7. THE EMAIL ABOUT PROTEST ACTIVITY Now, this is one of the more interesting pieces of correspondence. An email circulated by West Suffolk Council on 16 July proposed maintaining a weekly, 30-minute, officer-only tactical meeting. Its stated purpose included sharing intelligence about protests and activity associated with the proposal and coordinating public communications. The proposal specifically referred to: "Officer only attendance, no notes" And mentioned the likelihood of Freedom of Information requests increasing. A separate proposed meeting would examine local services, resources, knowledge gaps and potential funding requests. The email suggested that the Home Office would not attend that discussion. To be absolutely clear, this correspondence establishes what was proposed. It does not establish that the meetings subsequently took place in that format. But I think the public is entitled to ask why a meeting discussing protests would be proposed without minutes, particularly with potential FOI requests cited. 🏢 8. SERCO AND ACCOMMODATION MANAGEMENT Minutes from the Suffolk Asylum Seeker Dispersal meeting on 8 July recorded that Serco held the Suffolk contract until 2029. Participants assumed Serco might manage Barnham if the site proceeded. However, the minutes did not confirm a final management arrangement for Barnham. The same meeting questioned whether a large site would reduce the procurement of other dispersal accommodation in Suffolk. No definitive answer was recorded. 📋 9. EXISTING ASYLUM ACCOMMODATION IN SUFFOLK The 8 July meeting recorded 218 asylum accommodation service users across Suffolk, including 69 under 18. The breakdown was: • Ipswich: 103 • East Suffolk: 58 • Mid Suffolk: 26 • West Suffolk: 26 • Babergh: 5 These were existing dispersal accommodation figures, not people already housed at RAF Barnham. The meeting also covered practical issues affecting residents, including transport difficulties in Mellis, English-language classes, children's summer activities and accommodation procurement. It recorded that a proposed development of 14 self-contained flats in Lowestoft was no longer being considered by Serco. Questions were also raised about possible restrictions on dispersal accommodation near schools and in new-build properties, with no definitive policy update available at that meeting. 🚐 10. THE WETHERSFIELD VISIT The released correspondence shows that officials arranged a visit to the existing Wethersfield accommodation centre for 8 July. The visit was intended to help partners understand how the site operated, including challenges and healthcare arrangements. Participation was initially limited to eight people for security reasons. Representatives from local authorities, policing and healthcare were involved. Photography and recording were not permitted during the visit. Subsequent health discussions referred to learning from Wethersfield and drawing on existing healthcare expertise. Another piece of correspondence raised the potential implications for police training if the Barnham site became unavailable for that purpose. 📄 11. THE TWO DOCUMENTS WITHHELD FROM THE FOI This is another important point. In its response dated 3 September 2026, the NHS confirmed that two documents had been withheld. DOCUMENT ONE: Migrant Health Commissioning Guidance Withheld under Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act, on the basis that publication was intended at a later date. DOCUMENT TWO: "Suffolk MAF" – Serco PowerPoint presentation Withheld under Section 43(2), relating to commercial interests. The ICB argued that disclosure could damage Serco's commercial interests, its relationship with the NHS and future commercial negotiations. The FOI also included redactions of personal information under Section 40(2). That is the ICB's stated justification. It does not mean the withheld material contains evidence of misconduct. But I would still like to know what information in that presentation could be released without genuinely damaging protected commercial interests. ❓ 12. WHAT QUESTIONS REMAIN? After reading these documents, these are the questions I think deserve proper answers: What was the final outcome of the planning process, and what assessments supported it? What additional funding, if any, was agreed for local NHS services? Were the proposed officer-only meetings about protest activity held, and what records exist? What environmental assessments and consultations were completed? What arrangements were agreed with Serco or any other accommodation provider? Have the previously withheld documents subsequently been published or reconsidered for disclosure? I'm not saying these documents prove illegal activity. They don't. But they do provide a detailed picture of what officials were discussing, what information was still missing and the concerns being raised at the time. All of this relates to records from 2026, principally June–September. It should not be mistaken for confirmation of the site's current status. 📂 THE SOURCE – FREEDOM OF INFORMATION Public authority: NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board FOI reference: 0189 Request date: 28 July 2026 Response date: 3 September 2026 Subject: Proposed use of RAF Barnham / Barnham Camp for asylum accommodation. Supporting materials include Home Office correspondence, West Suffolk Council letters, NHS healthcare planning emails, stakeholder meeting minutes, Serco-related dispersal meeting information and a local evidence paper. These are the original records disclosed under the FOI, not information I'm asking anyone to accept on trust. And that's all I wanted to do here. Share the paperwork, put the information out there and allow people to investigate further. I'm just some bloke doing this in his spare time. Nothing special. Please read the documents, check the evidence, challenge anything you believe is incorrect and make use of the information. Transparency matters. #RAFBarnham #FOI #Suffolk #HomeOffice

New research. Things are moving rapidly.
Holy SMOKES… A natural soil bacteria combo just COMPLETELY ERADICATED tumors across MULTIPLE human cancer types in 100% of mice. COLORECTAL CANCER: 100% ELIMINATED OVARIAN CANCER: 100% ELIMINATED PANCREATIC CANCER: 100% ELIMINATED Two IV doses of a highly synergistic bacterial combination—Proteus mirabilis and Rhodopseudomonas palustris—eliminated every single tumor in the treated mice. Proteus mirabilis (A-gyo) acts as the primary TUMOR DESTROYER, invading cancer tissue, disrupting tumor blood vessels, and triggering massive cancer-cell death. Rhodopseudomonas palustris (UN-gyo) suppresses A-gyo’s potentially harmful biological activity while promoting its transformation into tumor-penetrating forms. Together, they achieved COMPLETE tumor regression with NO observable systemic toxicity at the tested therapeutic dose. Further research is urgently needed as cancer rates continue to climb.

The Restore Britain Budget. Britain has spent decades being governed by politicians who believe the answer to every problem is yet more government - that policy has destroyed our country. More spending. More borrowing. More regulation. More taxes. More state. Parasitic overreach into our lives - delivered by politicians and civil servants who have no understanding or appreciation of how real wealth and opportunity is generated in the private sector. And what have the British people received in return? A country where working families struggle. Where businesses face punishing costs. Where young people cannot afford homes. Where failing public services demand ever more money, whilst prioritising endless third world migrants. Where inflation runs rampant. For British men and women, it is a government-backed scam. Corrupt incompetence. It is impossible for Britain to tax itself into prosperity. I repeat, IMPOSSIBLE. Wealth is created by people - the public sector should exist to support the private sector, not the reverse and that is the principle which underpins our philosophy. Restore Britain backs the farmer producing food, the white van man driving the economy, the engineer designing machinery, the shopkeeper serving customers and the entrepreneur risking everything to start a business. It comes down to this - Restore Britain will protect their freedom to succeed. If you work hard and contribute, we are on your side. Our Budget would begin the work of returning power, responsibility and money to the British people. First, the spending cuts - to come before ANY reductions in tax. Our 20 point plan to restore prosperity… 1. Freeze working-age benefit rates. We will freeze working-age benefit rates for the duration of the first Parliament. Britain cannot indefinitely increase expenditure without considering the burden on the people funding it. That would be morally wrong. The healthy indolent will not be rewarded. 2. Restrict welfare eligibility. No more benefits for foreigners, saving billions. No need to expand. 3. Reform sickness and disability benefits We will overhaul eligibility, assessment procedures and return-to-work support. People with serious disabilities and health conditions must receive appropriate protection. But those who can work, will work. If they refuse, they will be put to work. That simple. 4. Reform pensions. We will protect the State Pension while replacing the triple lock with annual CPI uprating. Public-sector pension arrangements will be overhauled to address differences with private-sector provision. These measures will save tens of billions - all outlined in full in our economic paper, The Wealth Of Our Nation. Next, take an axe to unnecessary government spending 5. The quango bonfire. We will conduct a comprehensive review of arm's-length public bodies, the default will be abolish unless there is a serious reason to retain. Where its functions duplicate a government department, consolidate them. Deliver accountability and savings. AI will mean vast cuts are possible. A LOT of Whitehall civil servants will lose their jobs. To be frank. 6. Freeze most departmental budgets. We will introduce a three-year nominal spending freeze across most government departments - the main exception will be our programme of mass deportations, which in the short term will cost, however as we know, any immediate funds will be quickly recovered and then some. 7. End public spending on Net Zero. We will end all public expenditure directed towards achieving Net Zero. Energy security will be our main priority. We will support investment in dependable domestic energy supplies, including the infrastructure needed to maintain a resilient electricity system. Energy security will be placed above any ideological dogma. If it makes Britain more resilient, we will pursue it. 8. Review government consultancy and discretionary expenditure. We will audit consultancy contracts, procurement services, and ALL external advisory work - spending that cannot demonstrate a clear public benefit should end. The procurement scam will end. All bullshit ESG and social value nonsense will be stripped away - if the public sector wants to use a third party firm, make it the best one - subject to right-to-work checks to ensure no illegals are being employed. As stated - spending cuts first, then tax cuts. Done carefully and responsibly. Here’s an overview of how a Restore Britain Government will lift the tax burden… 9. Raise the income tax personal allowance to £16,000. Nobody should be paying income tax on their first £16,000 of earnings. We will raise the personal allowance and extend the basic-rate income tax band to £100,000. We will also restore the full personal allowance to higher earners, ending the withdrawal that creates exceptionally high effective marginal tax rates. Success will be rewarded, hard work will be rewarded, ambition will be rewarded. 10. Cut corporation tax. We will introduce a zero corporation tax rate on the first £50,000 of company profits. Above that threshold, we will restore the headline rate to 19%, with a longer-term ambition of 15%. As soon as fiscal conditions allow. Let’s give small businesses the genuine breathing room to get their operation off the ground, and then use the corporation tax cut to compete with our neighbours. 11. Abolish inheritance tax and stamp duty. Families should not be punished for saving, investing and passing assets to their children. We will abolish inheritance tax. For farmers, for family businesses, for everyone. The state has no claim to a family's lifetime of accumulated wealth simply because somebody has died. I detest it. It will be binned for all. Stamp duty makes moving home more expensive, discourages mobility and creates unnecessary friction in the housing market. We will abolish it. 12. Reduce disruptive tax. We will cut the standard rate of VAT from 20% to 18%. We will also raise the VAT registration threshold to £150,000, helping smaller businesses grow without immediately facing additional tax burden. The amount of businesses hovering just under the current threshold is painful. The issue is OBVIOUS, yet nobody in government has thought to act. And we will ditch unnecessary taxes. We will abolish: Insurance Premium Tax. Air Passenger Duty. The Climate Change Levy. The UK Emissions Trading Scheme. We will also substantially increase the annual Capital Gains Tax exemption. Restore Britain’s objective is a tax system that is simpler, more predictable and less hostile to investment. Next, we will restore a state that works for our people. 13. Hold the NHS accountable. The NHS will remain free at the point of use for British citizens. We propose charging non-citizens at market rates - ensuring they actually pay the bills. We will make private healthcare expenditure tax deductible. If people want to go private, let’s make it cheaper. Alongside far-reaching structural reform, we will demand basic improvements in patient communication. Answer the telephone. Confirm referrals. Explain test results. Keep patients informed. Use AI to clear pressure on GPs. All patient-facing staff must demonstrate the English-language communication skills necessary to perform their roles safely. If staff can’t speak English to the required standard, they will no longer have a job. 14. Restore Britain’s education system. We will move towards greater school-level autonomy, with funding more closely linked to pupil numbers. We will remove VAT from private education and make private education tax deductible. We will also promote practical education, apprenticeships and stronger links between schools and employers. The aim will be to prepare children for working adulthood - full paper to come. Apprenticeships are vital - my businesses have developed hundreds and hundreds. It works, especially with the rise of AI. Student loan interest abolished for British nationals resident in the UK, full paper published. An overhaul of childcare regulation and funding - led by those in the sector who know what’s necessary and what’s not. Next. The Restore Britain Budget will work to restore a self-sufficient Britain, backed by sovereign AI capabilities. 15. Support British farming and food security. We will review the regulatory and tax burdens facing British farmers. Food security must be recognised as a matter of national resilience and urgency. That will be central to everything. We will make it FAR easier for domestic producers to compete for public-sector food contracts and examine ways to reduce unnecessary administration. Let’s use the public sector spend to back our own people, not import from foreign farmers. Britain should not become increasingly dependent on imported food while making it harder for its own farmers to survive. And we desperately need to bring more young people into the industry… 16. Ease pressure on transport network. We will rebuild Britain's transport network, tackling potholes, congestion and crumbling infrastructure while improving vital freight routes and rural roads - motorists will no longer be treated as cash cows. Fuel duty cut, and plenty more. (Full paper about to be published.) Get this right, and the whole economy is lubricated. 17. Back small businesses. We will review regulations introduced over recent decades, with a presumption in favour of removing law. Compliance simplified, licensing stripped back. Administrative burdens burned away. Scrap IR35, obviously. Business rates abolished for small high street businesses. Review car park charges. Boost police numbers in town centres. Restore confidence on the high street. Bring footfall back. Watch businesses thrive. 18. Develop sovereign AI capability. AI is coming whether we like it or not. We need to ensure that we have our own protected AI capability which can promote and defend our own interests. We’re already falling behind, and it’s getting worse. We have the opportunity to be a genuine world-leader. Let’s pursue it. 19. A foreign policy that puts Britain’s interests first. No endless foreign wars driving up the cost of living for ordinary families, no foreign aid unless explicitly to advance our interests. We will prioritise national security, trade, energy independence and protecting British citizens abroad. Spending will be increased, but our armed forces exist to defend Britain and our vital national interests, not to act as the world's policeman. 20. Protect sound money and fiscal stability. This is the most important of all. We will pursue a balanced Budget over the medium term and a declining debt-to-GDP ratio. Our aim is to cut the debt, not just the deficit. The era of mass money printing will end. Inflation will be controlled. The cost-of-living reduced. The aim - a Britain that belongs to its people Every Budget promises change, while the state grows larger and the taxpayer becomes poorer. Restore Britain offers a completely different direction. A smaller government that spends less - all helped by a massive reduction in the number of migrants living in Britain. Doing a small list of things, but doing them well. A welfare state that protects genuine need and expects personal responsibility. A tax system that rewards work, saving and enterprise. Public services that answer to the people who fund them. An economy built on productive businesses rather than a parasitic state. We do not believe the British people need politicians to manage every aspect of their lives. We believe they need the freedom to build better lives for themselves. In short - we will stop buying votes with other people’s money. Our ambition is not to make government richer. It is to restore the prosperity of the British economy, the British nation and the British people.

People are cutting back on absolutely everything. They're buying supermarket own brands, driving less, cancelling subscriptions, staying in instead of going out and putting off purchases until they can justify the expense. They're making sacrifices that would have seemed ridiculous a few years ago just to keep their heads above water. But when wages disappear into rent, council tax, energy bills, food and transport, even the strictest budget can only do so much. You shouldn't have to give up every little thing that makes life enjoyable just to afford the essentials. If working full-time still means you can't afford to live comfortably, maybe the problem isn't your spending habits. Maybe the system is broken.
