❗️Jun Takeuchi on Resident Evil Veronica and the Possibility of Seeing Spencer’s True Nature. In recent years, the "RE" series, which is a remake of early titles, has also been well received. In 2027, "RE: Veronica", a remake of Resident Evil CODE: Veronica (2000), will be released. 🗣️ "There are a great many fans, and the fanbase is also considerably more deeply invested than those of other titles. We must not make a half-hearted remake. The team that worked on the remake of 4 is working on it, but two or three small reworks have occurred, and it is extremely difficult. CODE: Veronica is a story centered on older brother Chris and younger sister Claire. 💭 Originally, it was something like a side story, but I think the remake will allow players to feel that these events had this kind of significance within the series as a whole. In the RE remakes we've made so far, we've also changed the original stories little by little. These differences will gradually take on meaning. I hope you'll look forward to the possibility of seeing Spencer's true nature." (via: news.yahoo.co.jp/articles/c2…)
