Selects beat the Uhthoff Nationals in the Vasey Countrymen tournament finals. Bats got hot, Zettel throws perfect game, the Vasey boys showed incredible hospitality. Thanks for a great weekend, we aim to entertain #Hummm
Saturday afternoon in Vasey did not bring any cool breeze, and after an exceptional burrito lunch, the boys pulled out an 8-3 win filled with sweat and more sweat. On a side note Owen Torrie hit a grand slam, Ruetz parks one, and Hags makes up for his defence with a shot #Neexxt
A Friday night marathon in Vasey sees the #Selects walk off the Minesing Mallards in extras. Highlights include Hagerman’s slick mitt at 2B and Kewageshig running hard out of the box. A case race win capped off a late evening at the park #YoursMarty
Provincials update : #selects go 2-0 and find themselves in the finals. Clay Dolbear had a huge day with three ding dongs. Brady Hogg did not get heat stroke this year and is doing well.
After a relatively long stay in Twitter jail, were back in the game. Lifelong selects player, coach, manager, owner and all star Billy Simpson turned the big 8-0 this week. Fun fact: Bill was the starting pitcher in the first game of fastball ever. Happy Birthday Coach!
6 #selects were chosen to attend the U23 National Team camp!
Twenty-four athletes will attend the U23 Men’s National Team selection camp from September 30 to October 3 in Saskatoon, Sask.

Going for Gold! The #selects take down Newfoundland in an 8 inning nail biting barn burning thriller. @bradbaby4point0 and Connor Brooks both hit long fly balls over the fence. Finals tomorrow at 5pm sask time 7pm home time. #hummmbaby
Bats come alive! Selects finish second overall after taking down Alvinston 7-4 and Team Alberta 11-0. Homerunners from @KipferDallas x2 @owen_torrie x2 and Wade K. Back in action tonight at 6:30. Winner takes a one way trip to the finals. #hummmmbaby
#Selects lose a tough opening game 2-1 to the Delisle Pride, @owen_torrie with a fencescrapper. The boys bounced back beating Pimicikamak Thunder 9-1 in 5 innings. Connor Brooks with a HR. Back in action tonight at 8pm against Alvinston. #hummmbaby
Middle of @MacFisshhh moustache got lost at baggage. Very unfortunate. @WestJet is there anything we can do about this?
#Selects play three strong games, each against Tavistock if you can believe that, closing out the championship with an 11-1 win. Players and coaches return to regular day-to-day activities this week as OASA champs. @bradbaby4point0 still has the best dad in the league #Neeext 🥱
