We are so grateful for our ARAs and all they do for patients on the ward! Providing additional therapy to patients by incorporating it into the everyday nursing tasks and more. They advocate all professions in their single role and do it amazingly. Thank you ❤️

An all female surgical team in vascular theatre today. Worthy of addition to #ilooklikeasurgeon ! All happen to also be mothers and wives so don’t let anyone make you feel like you can’t do this! You can. #ouh

.@Liz_ORiordan speaks about the Japanese concept of ikigai. How to balance your life; finding the intersection of things you love, that you’re great at, that the world needs, and that you are paid for. You might not have it all in all that you do! #30YearsofWinS

Absolutely the right call and thank you so much for sharing! So important to recognise what you need to do for self-care. I shared this with my team the other week, hope it helps others so am sharing again.

Love this OT inspired Pooh meme by @Keirwales “And why do we focus on what people want and need to do?” asked Pooh. “Because,” Piglet replied “we want to help them get the life that they want, not the life we think they should have.” Absolutely!! #OTweek2020 #ChooseOT
