Today, the Oakland University Police Department remembers and honors all those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. We especially remember the brave first responders who ran toward danger to protect and save others, many making the ultimate sacrifice. We will never forget

🚔🐾 Look at this sweet face. ❤️ Animals depend on us to keep them safe. Never leave pets in a parked car. Even with the windows cracked, temperatures can become deadly in minutes. If you see an animal in distress inside a vehicle, call 9-1-1 immediately. #HotCarsKill #PetSafety

🚔 Today, Lieutenant Danielson and Officer Kolk recruited two Junior Officers to help process fingerprints. After learning some investigative skills, the Junior Officers put Officer Kolk under arrest! 😄 Great job to our young recruits for a fun day of hands-on learning

Officer Kolk spent time with our friends from OUCares today! 💙 OUCARES supports individuals impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) through quality programs, and we’re proud to support their work in our community. #OUPD #OUCares #OaklandUniversity
