Did you know Hawaiʻi receives over 20,000 cargo containers each year, increasing the risk of new invasive species introductions? Even one hitchhiking pest can cause major environmental and economic damage. Learn how inspections and prevention help: hdoa.hawaii.gov/pi/pq/

Did you know invasive species cost Hawaiʻi hundreds of millions of dollars each year in damage and control efforts? They impact agriculture, water resources, infrastructure, and native ecosystems. Prevention starts with all of us: dlnr.hawaii.gov/hisc/
