I think she is onto it here.
Again with weaving, but this time it's with metal as well, the demonstration shows a pretty convincing match to the gold chain work found in ancient gold caches. And it's a process that would naturally use all the different widths of the holes, for the drawing and stretching of the metal chain. She gives two different size examples in the linked complete video.
It's also an explanation for why it would have been found in Roman military archeological sites, as it would work not only for metal chain, but for cordage as well.

No matter what time you enter, it's always the present. The Eternal Now.
If it's always the present, then there is no paradox.
It's simply how you perceive it, and your reaction to it.
If you will recall, James didn't understand his Déjà vu, and so repeated the cycle, even as we saw it happening, with an outsider's perspective.
It's not that changing events was impossible with the circumstances, it was just misunderstood.
Anyway, just an observation, I'm not fully convinced of this, but it really hit me as I rewatched it tonight.
Just the very thought of it always being the eternal now feels like it negates the time travel possibility, but it's still a roller coaster ride to think about, as I do think of Time as a spiral of our lives, from birth to death, with certain points then being very close together, connective

The binding spell is not for the faint of heart
There is a very famous doll at the Louvre, boringly called the Louvre Doll.
It was originally from Egypt, and was used to enact a grim binding spell, acting as a voodoo doll. It features 13 copper spikes poked into specific areas of the female form.
Interestingly, the Plaza/Body area has 12 rays emanating from the ‘body’, ( possibly 13 with the Avenue down the middle, or depicted with the obelisk at its feet, for 13 symbolic spikes)
The form of the body can easily be seen in Maps. The underground schematic is reminiscent of a spinal column.

What is really going on with the Ghost Particle Hunt?
I’m not sure if the general public is aware of the full scope of this experiment. On September 11th, Fermilab and CERN agreed to get the DUNE project into full swing. Generating neutrinos, the ‘ghost particle, using enormous energy, and sending them through 800 miles of rock, (Illinois to South Dakota) into a massive excavated cryogenic cavern. This is a collaboration of 1400 scientists, from over 200 institutions.

The Relationship Between Man and the Nature Spirits
Beneath humanity in creation exist different kingdoms of life: animal, plant, mineral, and various classes of elemental beings corresponding to fire, air, water, and earth.
As their consciousness resides beneath the human and angelic kingdoms, none of these beings are self-realized. For this reason, they cannot fully comprehend the world in which they live and instead follow the mental and spiritual currents produced by humanity.
Human beings are the natural stewards of the kingdoms beneath them, just as the angels are the stewards of humanity. For this reason, it is beneficial to cultivate positive relationships with these kingdoms. In turn, they may develop a positive relationship with humanity, in many cases forming protective barriers around individuals and even their property.
This relationship is not about commanding or controlling the spirits of these beings as illustrated in black magic, but rather cultivating mutual love, respect, and a higher form of symbiotic relationship. Here all beings are free and enjoying the inspiration and life that emerges from bonds rooted in mutual respect, freedom and love.
