Nobody is separating them. As far as I understand, they are free to go with him.
Separating a man from his wife and children over a paperwork issue, what our government calls a “civil infraction” (similar to jaywalking) may be “lawful,” but there’s no way to square it with Biblical justice. And our government leaders will answer to God for things like this

I can tell you one way that we won't solve it, and that's by theoryceling harder about the NAP.
Seriously How do we solve this slow-moving civilization-ending disaster? Maintaining civilization requires high IQ. But... The higher the IQ, the lower the birthrate (especially for women). The lower the IQ, the higher the birthrate...

In my freshman chemistry class, the prof had a policy that if you got an A on the final, it would replace your entire grade. She warned us that not one student in 15 years had ever gone into the final with a failing grade and ended with an A. I overslept and missed the midterm entirely. After that it was mathematically impossible for me to pass except by acing the final, so I stopped doing assignments and showing up to class, and got extra sleep instead. I took home the syllabus notes and crammed out of the textbook at the end of the semester. Final grade 93%.
Tbh she isn't wrong. Smart white boys are "lazy", because why do more work than necessary, particularly when it's busy-work designed to hold the hands of women and minorities? Story time. First-year uni I had a writing workshop. Basic essay writing. I glanced at the table of contents of the writing manual, concluded it was useless, and tossed it under the couch, where it remained for the rest of the year. The instructor was of course one of those well-meaning, very sensitive white women who believed in things like guided meditation. At the beginning of the year she told us that of course during high school we'd all wait until the last minute to write an essay, no matter how long we had. Well she was going to make that impossible! We were to be required to hand in outlines, thesis statements, drafts! She'd make sure we did the work! Lol, I thought, that's a dare, challenge accepted. I made a point of not submitting any of that nonsense, and indeed of not even starting the essay until the day it was due. I'd sit down three hours before class, bang something out, give it a couple quick pass edits, print it off and hand it in. I basically only showed up to class to hand in essays or pick them up when they were marked. The guided meditation stuff was gay. I didn't even show up for the two quizzes (one of them was literally just the chapter headings from the writing manual I tossed under the couch. I got a 0.) Lowest grade I got all year was an A-. Once I was sitting next to an Asian girl who was despondent because she'd done everything she was supposed to, handed in all the outlines and rough drafts, attended every class, and still got a C. At the end of year I got an A. When we were submitting anonymous student feedback, I used the comment box to remind the instructor of the parameters she'd set, and then wrote simply "I won." The reason smart white boys don't "do the work" isn't because we're lazy. It's because we don't have to.

This is called "motivated reasoning", and is a notoriously poor method for developing true conclusions.

Regarding IQ testing, I am just not convinced that we have controlled for all possible variables [or that we even can]. I *have* seen the data.

OK further clarity on the situation. You are also being a baby. If you're not up for such an event, SAY NO. "We're not able to do anything that big this year. Sorry." Don't use your kid as plausible deniability.

I’m worried if I say no because I don’t want to leave the toddler, she’ll just say “oh well you can just bring him!” or pick a larger, even more expensive AirBNB to allow kids, but even if we could bring him, we don’t want to go lol

No, this is not a reasonable ask, and you are the reasonable one. Your duty is to your family, not to your childless friend who wants to party like an overgrown child.
My friend wants to plan a couples, no-kids weekend getaway, splitting the cost of a large AirBNB, in January for her 30th birthday. I really do not love this idea (husband is mortified), neither to spend the money nor to get someone to take the toddler for 3 days. It would be a 2.5 hour drive away for us, too, so it’s not like we’re close if something happens. I haven’t been away from him for even 1 night yet and he still just seems so young! It would be very hard to leave him for that long. Am I just a party pooper who needs to get over it? Genuine question. Like I actually need advice here guys

Stop and enjoy the little successes. This is about as perfect a five-clout nailhead as I am capable of making. Most of them do not look this good. There are a dozen ways to introduce a subtle flaw, and I know them all well. But this one, this is a Damn Good Nail.

The black rifle coffee alpha male takes a sip from his thermos and looks out from the bunker to the battlefield, it’s hell out there. “Perfect” He thinks He adjusts the sights on his custom-built 16-inch 6mm ARC AR-15 with a Proof Research carbon-fiber barrel, JP Enterprises silent captured spring system, and a Geissele Super Dynamic Enhanced two-stage trigger. He picked it because the trigger felt smooth against his $350 carbon fiber combat gloves, and the alloy magazines were 20 grams lighter against his $2200 Kevlar vest. He mindlessly feels at his tactical pouch, he has a 10 year supply of testosterone cypionate in it, just in case the pharmacies get hit. He smirks, “Daddy needs his combat fuel.” He’s been on TRT for 7 years, his testes have cobwebs on them. He steps out of the bunker, he’s spent years training for this moment, doing weighted carries, getting “don’t tread on me” tattoos, bow hunting, having a beard. “It’s fuckin showtime.” He announces. Just then he feels something lightly tap his leg. He glances down. It’s a 17 dollar drone off temu. It has a decal on it. “Is that… hentai?” His legs are blown smooth off. 12 miles away in a disgusting room illuminated only by the degenerate glow of purple LED strip lighting, a 17 year old leans back in his cum stained gamer chair. He’s grown so frail and sickly his friends and family keep mistaking him for Asmongold. He grabs another 30mg vyvanse and washes it down with a cold chicken nugget. “GG faggot” He’s killed 500 men.

Big news. Big. News.
Good news - After some brief negotiations, Pendelton Woolen Mills and The Woolshire have come to an agreement. In the next month we will be moving equipment from Oregon to North Idaho that has the potential to 10x our daily wool production. Buckle up.
