@XploreEmploy connects Canadians with disabilities to meaningful work, supporting job seekers of all abilities with coaching, job-readiness training, and employer partnerships that help foster inclusive workplaces. Thank you to @PamDamoff for helping to convene Xplorement’s employment roundtable in Oakville yesterday alongside @SimaAcan, @OakvilleCL, the @OakvilleChamber and so many insightful individuals sharing their lived experience navigating employment as neurodiverse Canadians. Our government knows that neurodiverse Canadians have so much to contribute to Canadians. When we help create supports for employers and job-seekers, incredible things can happen.
