Since $NVO launched their stupid and economically irrelevant pill at the beginning of the year, $NVO stock is down 30% and NVO/LLY ratio is down 50%. In the same time $LLY combined incretin franchise quarterly run rate has grown by 40% or 4.6B (3q26 vs 4q25) vs NVO 0% or $0B (2q26 vs 4q25, since they haven't announced yet). But yeah, tell me again what a gamechanger wegovy pill is. I've been saying this all year lmao and wow surprise qed.

So now $NVO is shifting their messaging on cagrisema "it has a great efficacy profile even at lower doses". Which is the marketing spin on "the dose response curve is really weird" (the emerging common characteristic of amylins). Yet they haven't shared the AE profile at those lower doses. Kind of odd. I guess you will see the same thing from $PFE's amylin which is why they are now talking about how it's a small n. Trying to attribute the lack of a dose-response to sampling error.
So do you think $NVO will ever share the AE rates from the REIMAGINE 5 head-to-head where they "beat" 5mg tzp? 😂

Sometimes I'm not sure if he is just trolling, but 10/10 a perfect caricature of how financial media assigns narrative to price movements.

Or really just humans in general. But for sure financial media amplifies it.

$VKTX This is the bear case that keeps getting repeated, which doesn't even make any logical sense. They have enough capacity under contract already to sell >$10B/yr. So is the bear argument that they will sell more than that and not be able to keep up? 😂

They simply don’t have the capital to ramp up production and distribution to any meaningful levels. Soon the economy will collapse and pharmas will cut r&d and capex, and nvo’s position will be solid.

Separate from the economy collapsing doomerism which I will not comment on LOL

Legit not wrong. No one really is using it unless they're thin/can't tolerate GLP1. Recent meeting I was in with multiple obesity/liver experts and was discussed as last line option. Order of preference was Tirz -> Sema -> Rezdiffra

lmaooo shit
$Amzn amazon pharmacy also automatically asks the prescriber to renew your script without you having to pay a fee just to have them pencil whip it. Unlike $hims . I look at Hims's offerings all the time, they offer no value for any of their products. Just purely extractive business model with superficial "differentiators"

$NVO To the non-traders who bookmarked this so they could wait to respond with the benefit of hindsight and now asking how much I'm down. Don't worry, I know how to size an ER options gamble where the base case is -100%😂 Thanks for your concern though
I added more $NVO puts for their ER. 36p exp 11/13 and 11/20

$HIMS You can get generic tadalafil from $AMZN pharmacy for like $3/mo after a free asynchronous review.

We’re just getting started. This is my base case, but it could be worse depending on the interplay of exogenous and endogenous variables, nonlinear feedback loops, and second-order path-dependent contingencies that drive the terminal distribution of outcomes but the realized outcome remains subject to downside convexity, contingent upon the stochastic confluence of multivariate causal inputs, their covariance structure, and the regime-dependent sensitivity of the underlying system to tail-risk perturbations. Don't say you weren't warned.

Except for megatide
True, pulsatile GnRH (a peptide) drives the same penile growth in adult CHH patients who never completed puberty. Identical edge case: the potential exists only because androgen exposure was absent during the normal window. After full puberty finishes, neither GnRH, hCG, nor any other peptide adds length.

It seems like @nolimitgains has a habit of blocking people who call him on his BS LOL. Another reason why I don't block people and instead just mute them. You want to talk dooodoo on my posts and say I'm wrong okay I don't care. I just don't want to waste my mental energy reading your sloppy argument. I only blocked one guy because he had an emotional meltdown on one of my posts literally left like 12+ replies. I can't participate in that kind of mental illness 😂 otherwise just block bots. I also block people back who blocked me, turnabout is Fair play.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE @NoLimitGains predicted the AI crash, which is why he bought $RDDT at $160 $RDDT at $160 → $90 (-44%) He’s such a genius!

That's not an unintended consequence it's the whole point😂. Well, at least half the point. As much as Trump struggles with basic economics, imo he got this right so maybe he listened to the right advisor for once.
