We recently broke ground at Belfield Lofts, 5115 Belfield Ave, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to kick off a new chapter for the historic Bellevue Worsted Mills in East Germantown! These two heavy-timber mill buildings have been part of Germantown since 1876, and now we’re bringing them back to life! We’re restoring their stone and stucco exteriors and preserving their one-of-a-kind character while creating 77 modern apartment homes. Residents will enjoy a lounge, fitness center, outdoor courtyard, and on-site management, all right across from SEPTA’s Wister Station and just a block from Wister Woods Park. We’re so excited to bring new, high-quality homes to the East Germantown community and to turn this landmark into a place people will be proud to call home! Big news in Atlantic City! We've broken ground on Atlantic Lofts, our $22.5M transformation of Atlantic City's historic Schwehm Building into 56 modern loft apartments and new retail space. For years, this 1920s Renaissance Revival landmark at 1 S. New York Avenue sat vacant. We didn't just see an empty building, we saw a vital piece of Atlantic City's architectural history deserving of new investment. Today we're celebrating Tray's 5 years with Odin Properties and an incredible 13 years at Ravenwood Apartments! No matter the task, Tray approaches every job with a smile and a willingness to help. From completing work orders and preparing apartments for new residents to keeping the community looking its best, he takes pride in making Ravenwood a place residents are proud to call home. When he's not at work, Tray enjoys spending time with his family, especially his kids. Today we recognize and honor Juneteenth, a day that marks one of the most significant turning points in American history. A day when the promise of freedom finally reached those it had been denied to for far too long, and a reminder that while progress has been made, the work is not over. That work takes many forms. For us, it means showing up every day to build communities where safe, quality housing is within reach and where every person, regardless of their background or circumstance, has a place to call home where they feel welcomed, respected, and valued.
