Thank you @HoustonRockets for the chance to be a part of the coaching staff NBA Summer League! Had a great learning experience and developed a lot of great relationships to take into this upcoming season 🚀 #houstonrockets
If they “Put you on” Then they can take you off .. let the work show and get it done regardless ✍🏽

Notes From Live Period Recruiting 📋
Talent identification goes far beyond just scoring...culture can’t be falsified.
Body language. Communication. Response to adversity.
Coaches are always evaluating … even when you think we aren’t !

During Live Period, coaches don’t just evaluating talent-we are watching your response to adversity
Recruits play hard when it’s going well.
Who are you when the game gets sticky?
Down 2, do you want the ball? Or play it safe?
Pressure doesn’t build character, it reveals it!

Happy #NationalBlackWomenInSportsDay to the trailblazers, leaders and future game changers.
