Why the Sri Lankan team? What happened to everyone being ethnically English?
I have heard it from far better people than you and they were wrong too. What I enjoyed was seeing you running away from an argument about Brexit because you would rather talk about anything else. And I loved the smile being wiped from your face when the young woman tore apart your net zero BS. You’ve not nice suits and nice shoes but you’ve got more chance captaining the Sri Lankan cricket team than you have of becoming Home Secretary.

🚨 SIX ENTERED UK ON SMALL BOATS, TWO ARRIVED HIDDEN IN VEHICLES — EIGHT MEN FACE 42 CHARGES INVOLVING ALLEGED SEX OFFENCES AGAINST TWO TEENAGE GIRLS Eight men accused of a staggering 42 offences involving the alleged rape, sexual exploitation and trafficking of two teenage girls will now face trial in London after concerns that a Norfolk courtroom could not accommodate the case. The allegations involve two girls who were in their early to mid-teens at the time, with the alleged offending spanning almost two years, between August 2023 and May 2025. The charges include rape, conspiracy to rape and human trafficking, following a major Norfolk Police investigation into suspected group-based child sexual exploitation in Norwich. All eight defendants, aged between 20 and 21, have denied the allegations and remain in custody awaiting trial. ⚖️ COURTROOM MOVE AS EIGHT DEFENDANTS FACE SERIOUS CHARGES The trial was originally scheduled to begin at Norwich Crown Court on 11 January 2027 and was expected to last approximately 12 weeks. However, concerns surrounding the court’s ability to accommodate all eight defendants have resulted in proceedings being transferred to Southwark Crown Court in London. The trial is now expected to begin no earlier than 4 May 2027, although a final date and presiding judge have yet to be confirmed. 🚨 THE EIGHT MEN FACING CHARGES • Jamil Khalil, 21, from Dumbarton, Scotland: Seven counts of rape, one count of human trafficking and a joint charge of conspiracy to rape. • Ahmadin Ahmadzai, 21, from Norwich: Nine counts of rape, one count of human trafficking, two counts of conspiracy to rape and a charge of perverting the course of justice. • Qais Kaker, 20, from Norwich: Four counts of rape, one count of conspiracy to rape and one count of human trafficking. • Fazal Auryakhel, 20, from Norwich: One count of rape. • Mohammed Farooq Sinwary, 20, from Norwich: Two counts of rape. • Ali Ahamad, 21, from Norwich: One count of rape and three counts of human trafficking. • Sayed Wahid Daviodzai, 20, from Norwich: Four counts of rape and one count of conspiracy to rape. • Bilal Shinwari, 20, from Bowthorpe: Two counts of rape of a girl under 16, one count of conspiracy to rape a girl under 16 and one count of conspiracy to rape a woman aged 16 or over. Shinwari was arrested in Ireland before being returned to the United Kingdom in July. Every defendant has pleaded not guilty. None has been convicted of the allegations. 🚨 SIX ARRIVED IN THE UK ON SMALL BOATS According to information reported about the case, six of the accused entered the United Kingdom aboard small boats, while the remaining two arrived concealed inside vehicles. Norfolk Police have specifically clarified that none of the eight defendants lived in asylum hotels in Norfolk and that none of the alleged offences occurred inside asylum accommodation. 💔 TWO YOUNG GIRLS AT THE CENTRE OF THE INVESTIGATION Behind the extensive list of charges are two young complainants whose allegations have prompted a major investigation involving a dedicated team of detectives. Detective Superintendent Stacey Murray previously emphasised that the girls’ safety and wellbeing remain the force’s overriding priority. Police have said investigators are examining every available line of inquiry while recognising the potentially traumatic experiences of those involved. Officers have also highlighted the importance of supporting survivors of childhood abuse, acknowledging that some people may take years to feel able to disclose their experiences. Working alongside the National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC), police have stressed that victims and survivors should know support is available whenever they feel ready to come forward. ⚖️ A MAJOR CRIMINAL TRIAL AWAITS With 42 alleged offences, eight defendants and two teenage complainants, the proceedings are expected to be substantial.

June 6, 1944. An American paratrooper jumps into Normandy in the dark and lands on the roof of a church. By the end of the war he had been declared dead, held a funeral he didn't attend, escaped the Nazis, and fought his way toward Berlin in a Soviet tank unit. His name was Joseph Beyrle. He's believed to be the only American soldier to serve in both the US Army and the Red Army during World War Two. Beyrle was from Muskegon, Michigan. He joined the 101st Airborne, the Screaming Eagles. His buddies called him Jumpin' Joe. On D-Day night his plane was hit by flak and he jumped early. He came down on a church roof, slid off, and lost his unit in the chaos. For a few days he fought on his own, blowing up a power station and cutting German communications. Then he was captured. Here's where it gets strange. A German soldier ended up wearing Beyrle's uniform and dog tags. That German was killed. When the body was found, the Americans identified it as Joseph Beyrle. The army told his parents their son was dead. His hometown held a funeral mass for him. His obituary ran in the local paper. Meanwhile, he was very much alive, being moved from one German prison camp to another. He escaped more than once. One time he and two other prisoners jumped off a train heading east. They thought they were heading for Russia and freedom. They got lost and ended up in Berlin, where they were caught by the Gestapo, beaten, and tortured. In January 1945, from a camp in eastern Germany, he finally made a clean escape. He went east, toward the gunfire. Toward the Soviets. When he found a Soviet tank unit, he walked out with his hands up, holding a pack of Lucky Strike cigarettes, and shouted the only Russian he knew. American comrade. It worked. He asked to join them. And they said yes. For about a month, an American paratrooper rode with Soviet tank crews as they pushed toward Germany. He used his demolition training. He fought. He was reportedly welcomed by a Soviet officer who was one of the rare women commanding a tank battalion. Then a German dive bomber attacked. Beyrle was badly wounded. He was evacuated to a Soviet hospital. Soviet Marshal Georgy Zhukov reportedly visited, heard his story, and gave him papers to get to the American embassy in Moscow. When he showed up, the embassy didn't believe him. As far as the US was concerned, Joseph Beyrle was dead. They held him under guard until his fingerprints proved who he was. He made it home to Michigan in April 1945. In 1946 he got married. In the same church where they'd held his funeral. Decades later, in 1994, he was honored at the White House by President Bill Clinton and Russian President Boris Yeltsin for serving both countries. And the last twist. His son, Joseph Beyrle II, grew up to become the United States Ambassador to Russia.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Joseph Robert “Joe” Beyrle had two sons. The elder son, Joe Beyrle II, served during the Vietnam War, but wasn’t a US Ambassador. That was the other son, John Beyrle. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Be…

11, 12 and 14 years old Raped for days by more than 20 Pakistani immigrants. Tortured—one had her tongue nailed to the wall to keep her still while they raped her. The police ridiculed, insulted, and ignored them. The feminists turned the other way. If it hadn't been for Elon Musk, who publicly shared the trial testimonies, sparking outrage from Reform UK and internal investigations, no one would have known anything. You're not angry enough.

2016 Scotland, hidden from us 45 Confirmed Asylum seekers raped at least 44 girls, with one being raped by 28 of them and another by 23 “Of the 44 underage victims, It's believed one may have been abused by 28 men, with another linked to 23. 55 suspected members of the vile group were identified by officers, with 46 positively identified All were asylum seekers from the Kurdish, Afghani, Egyptian, Moroccan, Turkish, Pakistani or Iraqi communities” I wonder what unified them ?

Two women attacked on a pedestrian bridge in Milton Keynes, one in her 30s raped, one in her 50s the victim of an attempted rape. A 19-year-old and a 22-year-old arrested on suspicion of rape and attempted rape. Both released on bail. Cops still hunting a third man on a bike. This is modern Britain. Women can’t walk a city bridge without being preyed on, and the system’s response is “arrested and released pending further enquiries.” Soft justice, zero deterrence, same old story. Women’s safety is clearly optional.
