So, I was looking for a new job yesterday and I seen a RN case manager position, all a candidate would need is a BSN making over 100k. I then see a Social Work case manager position which requires a masters (LMSW) making 59k same job description, same location. Pissed me off

Personal mental health records should remain 100% confidential and be excluded from the Oklahoma Health Information Exchange database. Not doing so would be a violation of the patient's rights, trust, and privacy, which is the basis of effective mental health therapy.

Were physicians & providers aware of SB1369 in 2022? Yes. The bill is brief and gives the OHCA and its designated board rule promulgating power. So, their proposed rules (crafted with no input from affected physicians & providers) are now public & quite alarming. @OkProv4Privacy
