Building serious AI from Africa isn’t a sprint with a finish line. It’s a long grind of small, unglamorous improvements that eventually compound into something people actually rely on. We’re still in the early chapters — and that’s fine. The real work is just beginning.

We’ve been moving a lot lately. New models. Better latency. Cleaner APIs. Quiet infrastructure work that nobody sees until it breaks (or doesn’t). Some days it feels like we’ve done a lot. Other days it feels like we haven’t even started. Both are true.
