Part III of our liquidity series is out. It takes Fractalized’s architecture as a case study: one asset, one SPV, one token, one pool. It also sets out the execution data a market like this should publish, from sellable depth at defined slippage levels to stress tests.
Tokenization can make an asset easier to hold and transfer. Liquidity still depends on whether someone is ready, and has the capital, to make a market in it.
Part III of our liquidity series: Fractalized as a case study in asset-specific market design.

Istanbul ➝ London. I'm attending #Breakpoint2026 with @SuperteamTR 🇹🇷
Would be interesting to see the percentage of tokenized assets that are US-based but offshore incorporated, not just public equities.
Good asset in good earnings out.
Everything else is noise.
Find the right asset, bring it to market.
Very interesting article. It's great to see our approach get validated with such data.
AI can make portfolio construction infinitely more personalized. But genuine diversification requires access to fundamentally different sources of return.
Hence @fractalizedio
Agents can now turn your take into a portfolio. @Supertake launched out of USV, and @catalystapp raised $30m from Sequoia.
We ran the top takes on Supertake’s leaderboard through the test: how much of each portfolio is actually the take?
Back in January we hosted a private event with Fuze Finance where we had outlined the incoming shift of FDI into Latin America due to US's increased focused on the American continent. There is a clear signal that private credit in Latin America will explode and we are delighted to have seasoned experts in the fintech space of LatAm by our side as we structure the best investment opportunities for onchain capital markets.
Emerging market alphas are where big opportunities lie. Capital needs access to these opportunities.
Fractalized has partnered with Invermaster.
A regional investment banking and corporate finance firm led by ex-Bain executives, with projects across nearly every Latin American country and the Southern US.
LatAm has some of the strongest private credit in the world and some of the hardest to reach. Invermaster brings the origination. Fractalized brings the structure and onchain distribution.
More soon.
Tokenizing an asset does not solve its liquidity problem.
For RWAs, the hard part starts after issuance: valuation, price convergence, quote capital, inventory management and understanding when a passive AMM is simply not enough.
Part II of our liquidity series.
USDC, tokenized gold and tokenized Treasuries are all asset-backed.
Their markets behave nothing alike.
Asset backing isn't what makes arbitrage work. An executable route between token and value is.
Most RWAs don't have one. Part II is about what you build instead.

We have been completely focused in the tokenization space for the past four years. I’m excited to share our journey tomorrow at @SuperteamTR’s event.
See you there!
Excited to welcome @OmerBabaoglu, Co-Founder of @fractalizedio to Shipyard #3 — tokenizing commercial vessels and bringing institutional-grade RWAs onchain 🚢
Ömer will break down how these assets connect to onchain capital markets and what it takes to build in the RWA space.
See you tomorrow 👇
Those that have been building responsibly will reap the benefits. 🚀
Tokenization is a mega trend. Just today, the SEC created a pathway for tokenized stocks to trade in the US, S&P acquired @OpenZeppelin, and DeFi assets are ripping. If you had doubts before, today should put them to rest. The world is moving onchain.
The thing about investing in mega trends is that they go on longer than you think.
ChatGPT launched in November 2022. NVDA was trading for $16. A year later, it was obvious AI was a megatrend and NVDA was up 176% to $46.
The right thing to do at that point was not to kick yourself for missing the move. It was to buy in size. Today, NVDA is $219.
You probably wish you bought into DeFi and tokenization in June when prices were lower. But this is a multi-year transformation of how finance works. If it plays out as I think it will, there is plenty of upside ahead.
"The first panacea for a mismanaged nation is inflation of the currency; second is war. Both bring a temporary prosperity; both bring a permanent ruin. But both are the refuge of political and economic opportunists."
- Ernest Hemingway
We've spent the past three years deep in the mechanics of liquidity for tokenized real-world assets, structuring real assets like tankers, and now moving into new asset classes. That work gave us a firsthand view of why crypto-native market making and liquidity design do not transfer cleanly to this space.
We've distilled that experience into a three-part series.
The core thesis: an economically distinct real-world asset should generally have its own legal structure, its own token, its own valuation process, and its own liquidity policy.
A token can move between two wallets in seconds. That doesn't mean its owner can sell it.
Tokenization produces transferability. Liquidity requires enough committed capital, at a credible price, to absorb a seller's position without an unacceptable loss.
Part I of our series on why AMMs don't transfer cleanly to real-world assets:

Claude Mythos is coming the only thing you need to be thinking about before it goes live is:
— Disconnect from connected apps
— Make sure you don't have money in weird DeFi, either have in top tier platforms with isolated risk or withdraw your funds
— Do NOT keep your seed phrases on your PC/Cloud/Drive (go paper)
— Consolidate holdings in trusted CEXs & Ledger
