When you’re building something you wont forget the people early on who helped you with connections/investments
I fully understand why Dario refused investors who rejected him early on. The gestures early on when your leverage is low is something you wont forget
So if you can do people a favour without expecting anything in return, do it. Eventually you will be heavily rewarded in the past if some of those companies became big
