Introducing $WAGE Bonds
1. Any $ONE that contributes 10M WAGE becomes a Multisig signer
2. 100M WAGE per bond, per Multisig [5.5% of Supply (1.7B)]
3. Each Bond is locked for 1 year after 100M WAGE is secured
4. After $WAGE is locked, for $ONE Year (Bond Holders) can *emergency withdrawal by forfeiting half of their Contribution
