There needs to be some kind of campaign to stop restaurants from using seed oils. Probably would never happen at low-end and fast-food restaurants. But the idea that a high-end steakhouse cooks your steak in canola oil is ridiculous.

This is so true. Corresponded with all local restaurants in my area via email. They all use canola oil. Finally found a Brazilian steak house that uses open flame,but still canola oil in some of the marinade
