Urgent π¨
Last donation was 6 weeks ago
No one seems to help them because they donβt have the chance to post a lot as the internet there is not available
Please make their day with a small donation so they can see it when they are online
Gaza is always in my heart, but tonight I'm also thinking of the West Bank. π«
397 settler attacks were reported from 1β26 October, the highest monthly number OCHA has recorded. The olive harvest kept being disrupted.

I have 24 hours left to pay the house rent. In 7 days, I have received only 24 dollars. I only need an additional 376 dollars to stay at home. Please, are you able to give us safety? 23 people need you now. Thank you.

If you've been wondering how to help this evening:
WFP has an active appeal for families in Gaza. Even a small gift helps put food on a table. π

Can't give right now? Sharing helps too.
Can we talk about Gaza's kitchens for a second?
Every day, 90 community kitchens prepare around 586,000 meals for 1,368 locations (OCHA).
People feeding their neighbours, day after day. If that isn't love, what is? π²

To everyone with a compassionate heart, I am a mother who wants nothing more than to protect her children. Zain has suffered from breathing difficulties and was hospitalized, yet we continue to live in unbearable conditions where even the most basic necessities are out of reach. Please help me so my children do not remain victims of poverty and helplessness.
Winter is close, and I keep thinking about Al Joura in Khan Younis. π§οΈ
About 750 families live there in five sites, roughly 30 metres below the surrounding ground, at real risk of flooding (OCHA).
Keep them in your prayers and your voice.

A bit of history many people never learn:
In 1948, more than 700,000 Palestinians fled or were driven from their homes. Many ended up in Gaza.
That's why so many families there are refugees today, their grandparents' stories and house keys still kept close.
Eman is back after being through difficult times
Please share and donate if you can
Iβve been away for a while.
Life in Gaza hasnβt been easy, and sometimes silence is all we can manage.
But Iβm still here, still trying, and still hoping for better days. β€οΈ
How have you all been?
#gaza
In one week (21β27 Oct), 69 patients from Gaza, 12 of them children, were medically evacuated through Rafah along with 93 caregivers. (OCHA)
Each one is a family holding its breath.
May every one of them heal and come home. ποΈ
Something that keeps giving me hope:
More than 560,000 children in Gaza have returned to learning since the ceasefire, including at 200+ UNICEF-supported learning centres. π
Kids who lost so much, still showing up to learn. Their courage humbles me.

This is a very delicate topic so I want to approach it carefully and thoughtfully. Iβm sure I cannot be the only one that gets messages begging me to help the starving and suffering people of Gaza. If I were as rich as Elon Musk, every single one of them would be saved. Unfortunately, Iβm just a single mother with a somewhat limited income as Iβve only been able to work part-time for the last couple of years due to my failing health. I just want everyone to know that although we are not in your place in Gaza, we are in our hearts and it takes an enormous toll of guilt and regret and fear and concern on a daily basis because we actually care deeply about your well-being. If you donβt hear back from me, please donβt be angry and please donβt think that I donβt care because I do. I care deeply and itβs actually taking a toll on me unlike any other stressor that Iβve lived through in my life. To all the other people outside of Gaza, who are reading this, please please please if you can help these starving people who are living under unimaginable bad conditions where they may not live through each day - even if you only send $20 you can make a huge difference please please please join me in helping as much as you can without putting yourself in a financial crisis. We are all in this together. Thank you for letting me say this.πππ€²π #HelpSaveGaza
Every Palestinian thobe tells you where its owner comes from.
The stitches, colours and patterns of tatreez differ from village to village, passed from grandmother to granddaughter. UNESCO recognised this embroidery as world heritage in 2021. π§΅
Threads of memory.
Good morning, with my heart in Gaza. π
Norhan is 16. She lost her mother, who was shot while eight months pregnant. Now Norhan raises her baby sister, runs the home and helps her siblings with homework.
Her dream? To become a pharmacist. (UNICEF)
It's midnight, and my thoughts are in Gaza. π€
Right now families there are lying awake listening to rain on plastic sheets, praying it holds.
May God keep them warm and safe tonight. Goodnight, Gaza.

Indeed, my brother, I appreciate and value your role and support for the Palestinian cause, and I thank you for this noble humanitarian feeling emanating from a sound and kind heart. I thank everyone who stood with the needy people of Gaza, and I hope everyone will help.
Before I sleep tonight, one number I can't stop thinking about:
About 60% of the $283M needed to help Gaza's families get through the cold and rain is still missing (OCHA).
Nearly everyone there is still in worn-out tents. Please don't look away.

An urgent appeal to compassionate hearts: My children and family have no food, blankets, mattresses, or winter clothes. Please help us. If you cannot donate, please share my post so it may reach someone who can help.ππππππππππππππππππππππππππππππππ
