$UBER Weekly Chart Price is forming the right shoulder of an Inverse Head & Shoulders inside a Broadening Bottom, filling the Partial Decline after tagging the upper boundary in August. It's backtesting the downtrend line breakout right where it meets the ~68.50 to 70 support zone, the same zone the left shoulder formed on. That's also the bottom edge of the largest volume shelf on the VRVP. The head formed off the lower boundary of the Broadening Bottom, and the break through the downtrend line came on the heaviest buying volume since June. Volume has been fading on this pullback.
