"Just average into it" is the most expensive advice that still sounds responsible.
Sounds like adulthood.
Feels like lighting a second candle because the first one is lonely. 🙃
Sometimes the position didn't need company. It needed an exit.
I used to think "discipline" meant never breaking rules.
Now I think it mostly means not inventing new rules mid-session because your ego got bored. 🙃
Half my bad days weren't bad analysis. They were me auditioning for a smarter version of myself in real time.
The market does not care about your character arc.
My worst stretch as a full-time trader was not a bad week of calls.
It was the quiet horror of realizing: if the market ghosted me for a quarter, my life had no plan B I actually liked. 🙃
After that I stopped treating "edge" like a personality.
I started treating survival math as part of the trade. Rent. Buffer. Household honesty. The stuff that never trends.
You can nail the chart and still get deleted by a fragile life. Charts don't pay EMIs. 🫤

Yesterdays moves in #CAS were brutal. I have taken a massive hit yesterday in the last 15 mins.
This year has been one of the most difficult years for me. Consistently in drawdown.
This is exactly why I have zero trust left in the system. @SEBI_updates creates rules like #CAS that open the door for manipulation, then acts shocked when entities exploit them for F&O gains. Retailers get crushed while a few make crores, and the “punishment” is just a slap on the wrist that becomes the cost of doing business. Retail traders are treated like lab rats.Enough is enough. #CASOrder #SEBI #RollbackCAS #RetailInvestors

The market is worth lakhs of crores.
Institutions have thousands of crores.
Yet apparently, less than ₹10 crore is enough to influence the closing benchmark through CAS. 😉
That’s not surprising. It raises a serious question about the possibility of manipulation through CAS.
Where does one raise voice against something in a democracy? I thought this should be easy, as at the time of elections this is what is told to us.
If not non democratic would be fine atleast some progress would happen.

It's official! BSE's trading volumes dropped by more than 50% yesterday on weekly expiry day.
The average # of contracts traded on weekly expiry days from Jan to July 2026 has been 52.8cr contracts.
Yesterday, that number dropped to just 25.5cr contracts, a steep reduction of 52% within a few days of CAS going live!
Secondly, even if you look at the options premium turnover - despite such huge premiums available throughout the day, the premium turnover was down by close to 25%.
The market is shouting at everyone, option sellers are not willing to come and participate with such high uncertainty at the end of each day.

Implications if CAS is not rolled back in next few days
• 0DTE trading volumes will literally die
• Brokerages and exchange income will be hit badly
• BSE share price will be butchered
• NSE IPO may be delayed or valuations will melt
