going to sleep without getting the pirate shop day 1
A common misconception I donβt like is that Ororo is not physically adept and yet so early in CCβs run do we see her skills.
She was able to retrain fine motor skills as a reverted 6-month infant to young girl whilst also analyzing nannyβs physical routine.
Tactician who!
Also I love when writers remember her skills as a trained thief but also as a trained theif she has so much control of her body, that sheβs able to open locks bound while inside a safe, crack safes with her feet, and lockpick with her tongue.
This conversation between Logan & Ororo is so powerful to the concept of social placement of Laura not just within weapon x but Emma & Scottβs mutant school/educational system. Lemme break it down.
But Ororo is the one to ask she doesnβt know how else to live because they have not given her the opportunity to change, instead she was given a free choice, a choice to choose the only thing she has ever known and can beβ¦ a killer.

I love it when X-writers aren't afraid to give Storm her personality.
