Healthcare is more than an open door. It means being able to seek care, ask questions and make informed decisions without fear of judgement or discrimination. Lets start the conversation. Know your health. Know your rights. Know your care. #InclusiveHealthAccess #KnowYourCare

So much misinformation around breast cancer stops people from seeking care. Let's replace fear with facts and help everyone make informed choices about their breast health. #BreastCancerAwareness #HealthEducation #outcastsug

Breast health concerns everyone. Recognising unusual changes and seeking medical assessment can make a difference. GSD people deserve inclusive health information and respectful healthcare without judgement. Share this message. Someone may need it. #PinkOctober #BreastHealth

A huge thank you to @IbuUganda  for supporting the TYI-Uganda Drop-In Center with essential medicines and basic health commodities. This support strengthens our capacity to continue providing accessible, confidential, affirming, and community-led SRHR and essential health services to the communities we serve. For many rural transgender and gender-diverse people, access to respectful and non-discriminatory healthcare remains a challenge. Community-led spaces such as our Drop-In Center therefore play an important role in ensuring people can access the health information, commodities, services, and referrals they need in an environment that respects their dignity and confidentiality. We deeply appreciate Ibu Ice Breakers Uganda for recognizing the importance of investing directly in community-led health responses. These essential medicines and commodities will help strengthen the services available through our DIC and support our continued efforts to bring healthcare closer to our communities. Are you in Mbarara or neighboring districts? Our Drop-In Center is here for you. Reach out to TYI-Uganda to access FREE SRHR services, essential health commodities, information, and referrals in a safe, respectful, and affirming environment. Partnerships that put resources directly into communities make a difference. #TYIUganda #SRHR #TransHealth #CommunityHealth #Mbarara #HealthForAll

Anonymity isn’t a mask for hate. Just because you’re behind a screen doesn’t mean your words don’t leave real scars. Hold yourself accountable and let’s make digital spaces safer for everyone. #EndTFGBVUG #MyDigitalRightsUG

The consequences of teenage pregnancy are quite severe. Including sexuality education in the school curriculum and out of school youth centers could be the only way to reduce the high numbers of babies having babies. #HOPESRHRChampions #teenagepregnancy #SRHR #crescentblood

Confidentiality is part of good healthcare. Privacy and trust help people speak openly about their health and receive care that meets their needs. For GSD communities, respect and confidentiality matter. #InclusiveHealthAccess #KnowYourCare #HealthWithDignity

When organizations connect, communities gain stronger pathways to support. By sharing knowledge, listening to community needs, and working together, we can strengthen responses to homelessness, violence, and challenges affecting marginalized people. Together, we turn connection into action. #CommunitySupport #Partnerships #MarginalizedCommunities

Ending AIDS requires more than medical progress. It requires creating an environment where the communities most affected by HIV can lead, access services without fear, and have the resources to shape the response. As our Director General, @richardlusimbo, reminds us, communities cannot lead from the shadows. Protecting their rights, investing in community-led responses, and trusting their leadership must remain central to the HIV response. #EndAIDS #CommunityLeadership #KeyPopulations
