What a crap job.
Had this job last year, a subbie from Colchester did the work. Paid him well, we have turned up this year to find this level of shite!! Testing this site for free, it's some 6k items, why? The client deserves better. Moto, stick with who you trust and trained. – at Gainsborough, England

Today, after 15 years being a PA Tester, it was the first time I have told an engineer not to test items in a room and to report the state of it to the manager. The reason is clear in the photo. Life of an electrical appliance tester. – at Lincoln, England
Busy this weekend in goverment offices, OOH, less disruption to staff and better for the engineers too as not needing to wait also less chance of contamination and spread. No added charge for OOH or weekend work. National coverage, give me a shout for a free no obligation quote. – at Lincoln, England
Reasons for electrical testing? Restaurant, kitchen area, just waiting for a fire to happen. Crazy people out there, stay safe people.
Our offices(less for Ian and David in Glasgow, Student Accom on Monday and a EICR team that is Trevor, Gareth and @rosie47808277 traveling to Necastle to start 700 cts) are now closed until Tuesday 31st August due to the Bank Holiday.
Have a great weekend everyone!
What a busy two days Caitlin has had, 66k labels for the month if September, printed, rolled and dispatched to our engineers, things are slowly getting back, stay safe and have a great Bank Holiday folks
A couple of finds today, a school and one in student accommodation. Crazy, would you want your children exposed to this risk?
How could we forget to mention, Gareth has joined our electrical team, comes with years of commercial & industrial experience he enhances our electrical supervisors (Trevor) team. Looking at 2 or 3 of our engineers to become apprentice electricians to develop further. Busy busy
Q to the appollo 500/600+ users, having memory error? having to send back to seaward for repair? Using them for nearly 3 years and just informed we should format them (F4 and F5) regularly?? Even 6 months, cannot find that documented anywhere!! Anyone else having issues?
Any of our fellow PAT Testing companies, using barcode system? We use Seaward 500 and 600+ testers, looking at our labeling methods, would any have the time to comment, pros and cons to barcode systems and the scanners? Many thanks in advance?
