High-profile endurance coaches n athletes should take real care when ‘bragging’ about huge sessions. It really does set a bad example. Event demands & dose response are key..... not showing how ‘hard’ something is.

The weight of that responsibility should be huge when working w athletes, esp development & pros. Any coach who isn’t mindful of it does their profession a disservice.
