Peyton Chancey 2027

"Explosive Power and Relentless Fire Fuel a Two-Way Wrecking Force" By Kevin Moses @PChancey16 kevinmosesscouting.com/post/…

💡WEEK 4 | SPOTLIGHT REPORT Peyton Chancey @PChancey16 Gilmer High School RB/LB 6'0 200 Lbs. C/O 2027 Physical fullback with a sturdy base, good body control, and the contact balance to consistently work through traffic and stay on his feet. Runs behind his pads and carries his weight well, making him a heavy load between the tackles and a difficult tackle when defenders fail to square him up. His game is built around physicality, and at 1:10 he gets through the line, identifies the safety, and brings real violence at the point of contact rather than trying to avoid it. There is more to his game than power. At :54, he flashes receiving value out of the backfield, securing the football cleanly before transitioning into a runner, where he shows enough short area quickness to make a defender miss while continuing to run through arm tackles. At 1:20, he flashes one cut decisiveness and second level burst, planting, getting vertical, and accelerating with big play potential. He also contributes on the defensive side of the ball, adding to his overall athletic profile and two way value. The combination of power, balance, receiving ability, burst, and versatility gives him multiple ways to impact a football game. 2027 RB Peyton Chancey (@PChancey16) | 6’0”, 200 lbs @football_gilmer Playing fullback in Gilmer’s triple-option offense, Chancey brings a physical running style that could translate well to college programs utilizing a similar offensive system. Peyton shows impressive power, lower-body strength, and forward lean through contact. His compact frame allows him to consistently absorb and deliver physical contact, which is critical at the fullback position in a triple-option offense. As the primary dive back, he embraces his role as a downhill runner and consistently attacks the line of scrimmage with a physical mindset. His combination of size, strength, toughness, and downhill running ability makes him an intriguing prospect for college programs that value a traditional fullback.
