Portland Fire is on scene of residential fire in the NE PDX Gateway Neighborhood.
Heavy fire upon arrival impinging upon overhead power lines that were severed and fell. Power company requested.
All occupants reported out of the structure.
Water being applied to the fire.
Fire is confirmed extinguished
Decontamination of all members that were involved in interior operations is being established.
Unknown if occupants will be displaced.

Portland Fire is on scene of trees falling onto power lines causing arcing and exploding of transformers associated with overhead power lines near the zoo.
The affected power lines cross all lanes of traffic on HWY 26 with all lanes being diverted.
PGE requested to the scene.

All traffic is blocked on both east and west lanes of Hwy. 26 between milepost 72 & 73 with ODOT, PPB, PF&R crews assisting in redirecting traffic.
Traffic will resume once hazard is removed by the power company.
Portland fire is on scene of a two-car motor vehicle crash with an occupant pinned on the interior of a sedan.
Engine 24 is investigating with Truck 8 assigned extradition upon arrival.
The crash is described as a sedan versus UPS truck with the driver of the sedan pinned.
The male driver was alert and oriented the entire time crews were working to safely gain access to the passenger compartment and is now being transported to the hospital with significant yet not life-threatening injuries.
