Thank you @AAgather.
400 million Ugandan shillings in 1 week is approximately $100,000. Avg per capita income in Uganda is $1,000, or $2.70 per day. Speaker Among spends $14,240 per day, or 5,276 times what an average Ugandan makes in a day.
Recently I told you here that the Financial Intelligence Authority was interrogating staff of Parliament who receive money on their accounts on behalf of the Speaker. Today I will start to share those details. It is said that on average the Speaker spends about shs 400m a week. We start with Adilo, one of his trusted agents. His name has come up a lot during this #UgandaParliamentExhibition
