NASARAWA STATE: SECURITY, EDUCATION, HEALTHCARE AND LIFTING OUR PEOPLE OUT OF POVERTY
Following yesterday’s visit to Kogi State, I proceeded to Akwanga, Nasarawa State, today, 28 October 2026, to continue our series of town hall meetings across Nigeria. These engagements provide an opportunity to interact directly with our people, listen to their concerns, and understand their expectations for a better Nigeria.
In Akwanga, I granted an interview to a local radio station, where we discussed critical national issues, particularly insecurity, the economy, and the urgent need to lift millions of Nigerians out of poverty.
I was subsequently joined by my dear elder brother and the NDC Vice Presidential Candidate, His Excellency, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, for the town hall meeting.
Participants raised important questions and shared their concerns about insecurity, particularly the challenges women face in accessing their farms; support for persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups; fuel subsidy; corruption; the present government’s excessive borrowing; the deteriorating state of our schools; and other challenges affecting their daily lives.
In my response, I assured the participants that our first priority, upon election, would be to unite the country, decisively tackle corruption, and confront the insecurity ravaging communities across Nigeria.
I also reaffirmed our shared commitment to massive investment in education and healthcare, including the provision of at least one fully functional primary healthcare centre in every political ward across the country. Our goal is to reduce the cost of living, expand opportunities, and lift Nigerians out of poverty.
I sincerely thank all participants, our party members, the organisers, and the good people of Nasarawa State for their warm reception, thoughtful contributions, and active participation.
A New Nigeria is POssible, and Nigeria will be OK! -PO
I NEED THIS SO BAD! GOD PLS SEND A HELPER 🤲

A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ONBOARD YESTERDAY’S ABUJA–CALABAR FLIGHT ❤️🙏
To everyone who travelled with me on the Abuja–Calabar flight yesterday, 26 October, I want to express my deepest appreciation for your kindness, solidarity and humanity.
We boarded at 12:07 p.m. After the aircraft doors were shut, we remained onboard for about 50 minutes without the engines running and, sadly, without functioning air conditioning. The heat became unbearable, and I eventually started bleeding.
When the crew approached me and said I would have to be disembarked because of the bleeding, ostensibly to avoid a medical emergency onboard, I repeatedly told them I was fine. However, many of you spoke up, expressed your displeasure over the unbearable heat and lack of ventilation, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing.
Some of you took turns fanning me, while one particularly kind lady gave me her personal mini hand fan. Your support meant so much to me. Following your intervention, I was allowed to remain onboard.
We eventually arrived in Calabar at 2:04 p.m. For a flight with a scheduled duration of just 45 minutes, the experience was particularly distressing, especially after the prolonged wait inside an aircraft without functioning air conditioning.
To everyone who spoke up for me, fanned me, offered assistance or simply showed concern, THANK YOU! You may never fully understand how much your actions meant to me at that moment.
We boarded as strangers, but you reminded me that humanity, compassion and solidarity are still very much alive among us.
To the lady who gave me her mini hand fan, and to everyone who stood up for me, may God bless and reward you abundantly. May you receive the same kindness and support you extended to me whenever you need it.
I may not know your names, but I will never forget your kindness. We shared a difficult flight, but you gave me a beautiful reminder of the goodness of humanity.
Nagode. Oshee o. Ndalu. Sosono Thank you all including you @Toriah__ (a fellow passenger onboard that flight).
Signed
Senator Bash

A reminder that Dayo Isreal was named by the United Nations as one of the top 100 most influential people of African descent. According to him, he was trained at Harvard and Cambridge. He’s also a lawyer.
You see why I don't respect International recognition or academic qualifications. Also why I do not rate most people here, no matter how hard they try to inflate their importance. They ain't sh*t to me. They will always be beneath me, no matter how many Nigerians they convince to buy their bullsh*t
We know people with substance and those who are just performers.
No whahala.
