1️⃣ 🔄 A governance vote, executed
Proposal 1060 passed on Nov. 3. The community multisig converted the funds in two swaps via Osmosis and returned 566,067 USDC.inj to the Hub’s community pool that evening.

2️⃣ 🗓️ USDC.n has a deadline
As of Oct. 30, 87.28M USDC.n remained to be migrated. About 80% was on dYdX.
Circle plans to pause Noble USDC and its CCTP routes on Jan. 12, 2027. Its snapshot covers balances on Noble itself. If your USDC.n is on another chain, the Hub advises migrating before then.

3️⃣ 🏦 ATOM goes live on Paxos
Paxos Crypto Brokerage now supports ATOM for trading and custody. Fintechs and brokers using Paxos can offer it through their existing integration.
The Hub’s community pool funded the integration through Proposal 1054.

The ICF’s Q3 delegations were executed on-chain, including 597,794 ATOM to InfStones to build and operate a staking API for institutions.

Gaia v29 broke some governance queries involving older proposals. Voting and proposal execution still work.
The v29.1.0 upgrade proposal is planned around Nov. 10, with mainnet targeted around Nov. 18.

🚨 The @cryptodungeonma gaming ecosystem (the project behind 23 games, its own chain, launcher, and the $DGN token) has confirmed a serious security incident involving its Base bridge.
On November 7, 2026, an attacker exploited a vulnerability in the bridge, minting approximately 10 million unbacked DGN tokens on Base. These tokens were then redeemed for real DGN and dumped into the DGN/USDC liquidity pool, causing a sharp price drop.
The team responded quickly by pausing the bridges the same day. Currently, DEX swaps and deposits are halted, while withdrawals remain available. The incident has been reported to both the FBI and Circle. A fix has already been developed and is undergoing testing — bridges will stay closed until it is fully ready. This issue is separate from the earlier Web3Auth problem. The next official update is expected by November 13.

We have received reports of unauthorized transactions on some Keplr accounts created with Google or Apple login. We flagged this to the @Web3Auth team and have been working with them on the investigation since.
Based on our initial assessment: if you created your Keplr wallet with a recovery phrase or a hardware wallet, you are NOT affected.
If you created your Keplr account with Google or Apple login, your account may be affected. While we investigate:
– Do not send new funds to that account.
– Do not re-import or recreate it anywhere.
– Google/Apple login is paused for now.
– Trust updates only from this account. Ignore DMs or links offering “recovery”.
We will share verified details and next steps here as soon as we have them.

Hydro announced plans to launch hATOM – a new 0% fee LST for ATOM!🚀⚛️
The @hydromarkets team plans to release hATOM, a liquid staking token (LST) for $ATOM, built directly on the **Cosmos Hub** in collaboration with @moonkitt_lab.
After Stride announced it would wind down stATOM, Hydro decided to build its own strong and secure LST. This will allow ATOM to be used in DeFi protocols without giving up the underlying staking yield. 💧🔒
hATOM will be deeply integrated into Hydro’s ATOM Inflow vault. Users will be able to easily move between native ATOM, hATOM, and vault tokens through a single interface, while Hydro manages staking, liquidity, and deployment in the background. 🔄✨
The fee at launch will be 0%, with maintenance funded by an upcoming integration with the Inflow vault. 📉
