19 Oct: HERC grants a licence after a full hearing. 26 Oct: The state issues a Section 108 letter. 28 Oct: Licence on hold; licensee not heard. The Supreme Court said in 2024 that regulators are “guided”, not bound. A letter should not undo a hearing.

FERC identifies cybersecurity compliance gaps among U.S. electricity sector entities - A lesson to India
FERC’s grid cyber audits found two gaps India should address. First, AI tools in control networks can act like users. Second, small plants can pose a major risk when managed from a single shared centre.

SpiceJet is very unreliable. SG 2448 Del-Shillong on 04-May was cancelled by airline on the plea of bad weather while Indigo small plane flight is on time from KOLKATA TO SHILLONG and landing Shillong at same time of 1230. I have to take alternate flight ruining my program. @DGCA please look into.
