🇵🇱🇩🇪🇫🇷 35 years ago, Poland, Germany and France embarked on a unique form of cooperation, founded on dialogue, mutual respect and a shared responsibility for Europe’s future. In 1991, Foreign Ministers Krzysztof Skubiszewski, Hans-Dietrich Genscher and Roland Dumas wrote of a “unique opportunity to build a new Europe” based on shared values, democracy, prosperity and security. Today, these words remain just as relevant. The Weimar Triangle remains an important forum for cooperation – from security and defence, and support for Ukraine and Moldova, to countering disinformation, economic security, AI and technological sovereignty, as well as people-to-people cooperation. Together, we are stronger in building a safe, resilient and strong Europe.

Alexander Milinkevich has passed away - a steadfast leader of Belarus’s democratic forces and a recipient of the Sakharov Prize. Since 2020, he had been living in exile in Poland, where he co-founded the Belarusian Free University. We bid farewell to an outstanding politician and a great friend of our country. Our deepest condolences to his family and the people of Belarus. ⬜🟥⬜
