The Residence Inn project near the @COSAirport is back up and running after a temporary pause. The 4 story, 266 unit hotel has a long way to go, but its nice to see construction going again near our nationally recognized airport.(Recently named in Top 10 for small town airports)

Commercial construction remains solid in the Pikes Peak region, but the volume of commercial projects is down. The YTD new commercial permit numbers are at 212. That's down 14%, BUT the estimated valuation is way up compared to this time last year. #construction #development

Estimated valuation for September construction came in at about $242 Million. There were about 10 commercial projects and 8 new homes with an estimated valuation over $1 Million. That bumps the YTD totals up to more than $3.2 Billion. #economy #construction #building #growth
