BREAKING: A daycare in Boise, Idaho challenged the Idaho Medical Freedom Act. The Idaho Attorney General @Raul_Labrador just defeated the case. The court dismissed the case, with prejudice.

“Parents make medical decisions for their children. A daycare does not,” said Attorney General Labrador. “The Legislature protected that choice in the Medical Freedom Act, and the court upheld it. Daycares can tell parents what they believe about vaccines and health, but they cannot turn a child away because of a parent’s medical decision. That decision belongs to families, and I’m pleased the court agreed.”

Just remember that the TGA sat in the senate enquiry and claimed that two children aged 7 and 9 - who died of cardiac arrest straight after COVID vaccines - couldn't have died from the vaccine because "heart attack wasn't a listed effect of the vaccines".
7 & 9 year olds don't get heart attacks.

I know this fight.
Medical boards tried the same playbook on physicians who refused to lie to patients. They called truth “unprofessional conduct.” They wasted taxpayer money. They hoped doctors would fold. Some did. Many of us did not.
This case is not just about one Minnesota doctor. It is about whether a licensing board can become a speech police force. Patients need doctors who will tell them the truth, not doctors who have been trained to fear their own regulators.
Free speech won a round. The merits still have to be fought. Medical boards still need to be put back in their lane: actual patient harm, not forbidden opinions. Watch Jensen’s video. Then remember every physician they tried to silence. We were never the danger. The boards that forgot their job were.

Houston cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Devinder Bhatia allegedly assaulted an OR nurse who refused to let him bring coffee into the operating room. She sued him, and he settled.
Only 0.07% of Texas physicians have been disciplined by the Board.
