Restore spokesman thinks a marriage certificate makes someone English
“Integration”, as imagined by our ruling class, is a myth.
You cannot “become” English. Possession of citizenship and belief in "our values" does not make you part of our nation. Membership is inherited, not chosen or acquired.
The only way to join a nation outside of birthright - as with a family - is through marriage. Anything less is an administrative fiction.
Under a Restore Britain government, the law will reflect this reality.

So the good news in Brazil is that the horrendously corrupt candidate lost.
The bad news is that the other horrendously corrupt candidate won.
When he’s right he’s right
I understand why people are taking a second look at the Tories given the mess Reform is in, but you have to listen carefully to what Badenoch says. She thinks the disintegrating social fabric can be repaired with managerial tinkering. She ultimately thinks it's a integration problem - and an institutional problem (fixing the police, the schools and the operating assumptions of authorities).
While these are all changes that need to happen, they needed to happen at least ten years ago - but there's no integrating the Boriswave. Most of it is garbage immigration that can only be a net drain. The policies Badenoch has thus far backed only go some of the way. Ending ILR is essential, as is deporting illegals and removing benefits, but the policy has to be an active policy of complete Boriswave reversal.
On that score, for Badenoch to be convincing, she ought to be showing as much contempt for the Tories who enabled the Boriswave as she does Reform.
This where the Tory party itself becomes the main barrier. Shabana Mahmood has faced opposition from her back benchers on marginal ILR reforms - but there's no reason to expect the Tory party will be any different. They all spout the same bullshit rhetoric about "fairness" and "British values", and Tories almost certainly will seek carve-outs for care workers on the same basis. The exception becomes the loophole.
Without an unequivocal recognition that the Boriswave was a historic error in need of urgent correction, the Tory party is just another managed decline option. Same destination, slower speed.
Thank god the mad extremist won the election against the mad extremist
BREAKING:
Brazil’s election authority declares Lula the winner of the Brazilian presidential election.
He has 51.76% with 99.8% of the votes counted. The Bolsonaro team is likely to challenge the result in court after the Supreme Court Justice Zanin extended voting nationwide by 2 hours on Lula’s request
Food for thought for reformers defending Raheem Kassam atm
There’s been this grand conspiracy to vibe the Tories back into second for the last six months, the fact it’s only working now should be a reflection on what reform are doing wrong
How Legacy Media Rig the Narrative 🧵
The sudden barrage of polling data broadcast across legacy networks is not an objective reflection of the electorate, but a highly curated narrative designed to manufacture consent. When establishment outlets like GB News elevate outlier polls showing a miraculous Conservative recovery, they are actively participating in narrative engineering. They deliberately ignore comprehensive aggregate models and Nowcasts that show Reform UK capturing massive vote shares and dozens of seats, choosing instead to platform washed-up Tory frontbenchers to pontificate over single, cherry-picked graphics. This is the Uniparty media apparatus in full deployment. By filtering reality through a selective lens, the establishment right-wing media is desperately attempting to resuscitate a collapsed Conservative brand while gaslighting the public into believing the populist momentum has stalled. The goal is to make the televised reality entirely divorced from the reality on the streets.
Ok reform might be finished this time
