Suhas "Socialism" Subramanyam has a history of refusing to denounce the DSA and socialism. Beyond saying that the DSA platform is "not a change in terms of ideology," he also voted no on TWO resolutions denouncing socialism. His first offense was on November 21, 2025. He voted NO on a resolution stating Congress "denounces socialism in all its forms, and opposes the implementation of socialist policies in the United States." It passed 285-98, and 86 Democrats voted yes. Suhas was one of only 98 who voted no. His NO vote was a deliberate choice, not just the party line. (H.Con.Res.58)
