It’s @GenomicsEngland #PanelApp 5th birthday! What an amazing year. A massive thank you to everyone who has contributed to our crowdsourced evidence-based gene panels; curators, developers, clinicians, labs, reviewers, collaborators, participants & users from around the world.

Despite a global pandemic and many moving to home working, @GenomicsEngland #PanelApp had over 3.2 million requests and 15,885 unique users in March from across the world utilising our curated and expert-reviewed gene panels for genomic analysis. A big thank you to all our users!

Thanks @mbaudis. We use a traffic-light evidence scheme in #PanelApp, where Green means Go (sufficient evidence) & red is a warning for insufficient evidence. The evidence level is also written out under each gene, and is numerical in the downloads, for easier access for all.
