Feminists will complain about this, but it's just a case of them having shitty media literacy. The whole point of the plot, great example being Kung Fu Panda, is showcasing that the random guy DOES suck compared to the woman, she's much better than him for nearly the entire time. However, it's only with the crystalization of his arc and his development of character that allows him to overcome the obstacle that defeated the woman. Po is a worse warrior than Tigress, they mention that she kicks his ass in every single sparring match they have, but Po defeats Tai Lung because of his mindset towards kung fu. "There is no special ingredient", and he triumphs by utilizing his own special attributes against Tai Lung, his panda traits are turned into weapons instead of things holding him back like they were for the entire movie. These movies are saying something about competence, that hard work will make you powerful, but you often cannot succeed in the end if you don't have the right mindset and character.
the trinity syndrome: a film trope where a female character spends her life mastering her skills, is portrayed as exceptionally capable, only for “the chosen one” to be some guy

– at Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain

According to the same UN report, women and girls accounted for one in four of over 37,000 civilian deaths in 2025. Men and boys were the remaining three-quarters. The report notes men are still likelier to be killed. unwomen.org/en/articles/fa…

only 4% of FGM done is type 4. I don’t think male circumcision should be legal, I think all forms of genital mutilation, male or female, is evil. But you’re disingenuous when the equivalent of type 1 FGM on males would be amputating the glans of a penis. So, the head.
Disingenuous uneducated cunts refuse to understand what type 4 fgm really is and what the legal ramifications of the outlawing of it is. Type 4 fgm is any "other" harm done to the girls genitals, this includes RITAL NICKS and pinprick shedding of blood. That's the new "bar"

Love this every time it pops up. Men are so rarely complimented. It's a tragedy. I've never met a single man who didn't appreciate a compliment or even awkward flattery. I HAVE met a man who kept a printed copy of an email he got from a girl telling him she appreciated him and thought he was a wonderful person. He never asked her out, tried to date her, or anything he was just thankful and kept it like a prize. I don't know that he ever got rid of it. It was the first time anyone outside of his family had ever done such a thing. READ THAT AGAIN. The first time ANYONE had said that to him and he was a good dude. That shit is crazy to me. On the flip side a girlfriend of mine in college completely lost her temper in the parking lot when we were headed to an event on campus because... another friend of ours, a guy, dared open the car door for her. She berated him for TEN MINUTES...it was insane. I don't remember the event at all, or what happened before, but I'll never forget watching a woman degrade a man like that for something so polite as opening a door for her.. mind you he had opened mine too and it was MY car... he was also a seriously wholesome and awesome guy. We almost dated, but I was a stupid girl, lol. It did help me find a good man later though <3

Here's the thing, sweet cheeks. First, forcing every 18-year-old man to undergo surgery is a spectacularly deranged proposition, and calling vasectomies "reversible" doesn't magically make them temporary birth control. Reversal is not guaranteed. But let's address the enormous, screaming elephant in the room. The overwhelming majority of abortions follow pregnancies resulting from consensual sexual activity. Even the Guttmacher Institute's research has found that rape accounts for a small minority of reported reasons for abortion. Like 1 percent territory, toots. People who make arguments like yours seem to believe pregnancy is something women catch like the goddamned flu. One minute you're walking through Walmart, minding your own business, and suddenly ACHOO! PREGNANT! Nobody knows how it happened! Medical science is baffled! See, I have this strange, apparently revolutionary belief, possibly stemming from the fact that I AM A WOMAN, that women possess something called AGENCY. We can make decisions! We can establish boundaries! We can decide who gets to put their penis inside us, and under what circumstances! And if we don't want to become pregnant, there are a number of options available: Don't let men ejaculate inside you. Use contraception, and use it PROPERLY. Enjoy any of the approximately ELEVENTY BILLION other ways human beings can give each other sexual pleasure without engaging in intercourse. None of these methods requires a government official to show up at a young man's house with a scalpel and a court order. Now, obviously, contraception can fail. Sexual assault exists. There are circumstances in which women have no meaningful choice whatsoever. Those are real issues deserving serious consideration. Pretending that women are helpless passengers in their own reproductive lives, utterly incapable of making decisions about sex, is not the magnificent feminist argument you apparently think it is. Women have agency. Men have agency. Both have responsibilities. Bodily autonomy doesn't become an optional extra just because the person whose body you want to control happens to have testicles. You don't defend one person's rights by demanding that the government forcibly operate on someone else. You're calling for authoritarian lunacy while wearing a cheap feminist Halloween costume. Frankly, I think women deserve a hell of a lot more credit than you're giving us.
You want to ban abortion??? Then force VASECTOMIES at 18. Reversible. Low risk. Zero deaths. Or is bodily autonomy only for men??? Answer wisely!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Vasectomies are not considered a reversible operation. 1/4 are irreversible after 3 years, and less than 1/2 are reversible by 9 years. bupa.co.uk/health-informa…

Well as someone who cooks professionally and at home, they're not at all the same thing. Completely different skillset you need to work in a professional kitchen than those you need to make half decent food in your own kitchen. The reasons women cook at home more often is for one, that women stay at home more often and even when both work men tend to work longer hours. Also it's a similar case as with housework, women do more housework and home cooking than men even when both are single because of average psychological differences. Men are less neurotic and require less creature comforts in order to be satisfied and will often prioritise efficiency instead and a box of instant ramen is more efficient than cooking yourself a meal after pulling a double shift.
