Isn’t it time tax payers gets 2 votes in a general election and benefit claimants get 1 vote . Time for a discussion on this.

Time we have a referendum on immigration. If you vote open boarders, with a yes vote you must home a refugee.

Dear HM Government, (UK) Firstly, congratulations. You’ve managed to discover a brand-new definition of transparency. Apparently, the people who write the laws can have their criminal records kept secret from the very people expected to obey those laws. That’s an impressive piece of political gymnastics. The rest of us apply for jobs, volunteer roles, taxi licences, security passes, and all manner of positions where background checks are considered perfectly reasonable. Yet when it comes to those entrusted with running the country… suddenly privacy becomes the highest constitutional principle. Forgive us if we’re a little confused. If a criminal record is irrelevant to holding public office, then explain why. If it is relevant, then surely voters deserve to know before they hand over power at the ballot box. Democracy relies on informed consent. It’s difficult to make an informed choice if important information about elected representatives is deliberately withheld. This isn’t about conducting witch hunts or judging people for minor mistakes made decades ago. It’s about accountability. Those who expect the public’s trust should be prepared to earn it through openness, not secrecy. Unlike the government’s pursuit of Veterans 🤔 So, a simple question: Why should MPs and ministers be held to a lower standard of transparency than many ordinary citizens applying for everyday jobs? After all, “nothing to hide” seems to apply enthusiastically to taxpayers, but rather less enthusiastically to taxpayers’ employees. Is transparency now something that’s only expected of the governed, while the governors are exempt? Abit like the COVID vaccine 🤔 there is a pattern, Perhaps we’ve misunderstood how equality works. We foolishly assumed the same standards applied to everyone. It would appear they do… right up until someone becomes an MP. The British public doesn’t expect perfection. We do, however, expect honesty, accountability, and the same standards from those who make our laws as they expect from those who obey them. Yours, slightly bewildered, A Taxpayer 🇬🇧

Hey @waitrose. Please can you identify which people other than women need to use tampons for their periods? Can you name even one man who needs tampons? One. That's all you need to provide. I'm waiting...
🚨Waitrose erases womanhood🚨 A whistleblower from Waitrose has just leaked an internal document to me, in which senior leaders have pledged to remove the name ‘feminine care’ from sanitary products, on the basis that “not all people who have periods are women”. Disgraceful.

If we reached the same temperatures, in the same month 82 years ago. Then it’s not “climate change” ! The earth goes in cycles and the climate change hoax creates hysteria and cash. Stop being gaslit by people happily taking your money…! 🤦‍♂️

I’m outside No 10 Downing Street tonight and hearing that the takeaways are being ordered in. It’s going to be a long night as PM and team battle for survival. Now 63 MPs calling for him to go, including 5 ministerial aides - four of whom have quit govt

So I’m hearing that members of the cabinet are gearing up to tell PM the game is up. Comes as a succession of PPS’s resign/call for him to stand down. They keep coming

While Keir Starmer has just stood in the House of Commons and admitted he inadvertently misled Parliament over the Mandelson vetting scandal, let us remember one simple truth. The only good thing he has ever done for Britain is accidentally hand us the most complete, most honest instruction manual for fixing the country we’ve ever received. His entire career is the perfect negative blueprint. Every policy he touched, every decision he made, every person he promoted, every institution he corrupted all of it must be reversed, purged, investigated and dismantled the moment he is finally removed from office. We could spend the rest of the decade listing every lie, every betrayal, every scandal. We’d still be here in 2030. So let’s just cut to the five that define him. As Director of Public Prosecutions he looked the other way while grooming gangs raped and trafficked thousands of British girls, all in the name of “community relations.” He has spent his entire adult life as one of the most zealous defenders of the Human Rights Act and ECHR the legal chains that still prevent Britain from deporting foreign criminals and controlling its own borders. He tried to surrender British sovereign territory in the Chagos Islands, handing a vital strategic asset to Mauritius while saddling taxpayers with a hundred-million-pound-a-year humiliation fee. He slashed winter fuel payments for pensioners and abandoned our veterans, yet continued funnelling British money into EU schemes and foreign priorities like it was his personal hobby. And all the while he ran two-tier policing, weaponised the law against his own people, shamelessly courted Muslim bloc votes over British ones, and played the ultimate champagne socialist, preaching austerity to the working class while his own children went to private school and he enjoyed every luxury he publicly condemned. Result? He is now quite possibly the most universally despised politician on Earth. Sky News Australia, Rebel News, Israeli media, Fox News, the overwhelming majority of YouTube, and 95 % of the British public all look at him with the same mixture of disgust and disbelief. Keir Starmer, you will be remembered. You will be remembered for a very long time. But not the way any human being would ever wish to be remembered. From the first moment you opened your mouth in public life, your entire existence has become the world’s definitive case study in how to destroy a nation. A living, breathing textbook on arrogance, hypocrisy, weakness, betrayal and national self-harm. Future historians won’t study you for inspiration. They will study you as the cautionary tale. The man who proved that one mediocre lawyer with a Messiah complex and zero loyalty to his own people could do more damage to a great country in two short years than most enemies could manage in decades. You are finished. There is no redemption arc. There is no legacy. There is only the slow, public, merciless verdict of history and it has already been written. You didn’t just fail Britain. You became the blueprint for everything Britain must never allow to happen again. The reckoning is coming. And when it does, not even the finest legal silk money can buy will be enough to hide you from it. Britain First. No Surrender.🦁🇬🇧

Ed Davey was paid £833 an hour - over £220,000 in total - to advise lawyers who were acting for the Post Office. (Taking taxpayers’ money to persecute petrified, innocent people.) As Postal Affairs minister, Davey refused to believe Alan Bates about Post Office bullying. But happy to jump into the trough after. Despicable. #ResignEdDavey

I just don’t understand why this has been covered up. I don’t care who is involved, if bad behaviour has occurred then any culprits should face the consequences. @Keir_Starmer please release the information because this won’t go away and nor should it!

No, YOU wasted the money when you shut it down 🤦‍♂️
The Tories wasted £700 million on the Rwanda scheme gimmick. Farage has no plan. Labour is taking action. For the first time, people who arrive illegally in this country via small boat will be sent back to France. express.co.uk/news/politics/…

451 illegal migrants crossed the Channel in 11 boats on Christmas Day - what an insult that is. The answer is straightforward, and it's certainly not accommodating them in luxury hotels. Secure detention followed by deportation, for all 451. Zero-tolerance.
