The localized ceasefire in the Russian-occupied city of Oleshky has begun.
In a deal mediated by the United States and negotiated between Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets and his Russian counterpart, Yana Lantratova, the two sides agreed to honor a bounded...
...ceasefire starting at 0300 Kyiv time (0400 Moscow time) for an undisclosed period of time.
The ceasefire will allow for the demining of routes, delivery of humanitarian aid, and the voluntary departure of Oleshky residents.
